I love to be filled up. 4 quarts at least. My large intestine is capable to accept it and some more. But accepting more than 5 quarts requires flowing into small intestine with opening the ileocecal valve between the small and the large intestines. Flowing into the small intenstine gives me another sensation that I really love it. However, I cannot control the valve and it does not open so frequently. Does anybody here give me your tricks to make it controllable please?

Thank all for valuable advices. It seems that the key is how well the large intestine is cleaned out. That's why the following scenario was always effective for me .

1) Take a few 4 quarts enema in the evening.

2) Then go to bed.

3) In the next morning, take a 4 quarts enema.

4) Then, the next enema easily reaches 5 quarts or more.

Fasting was also effective.
