As I experienced it, it's more a fun for the eyes. When you see your body with needles, it's really, huhh! 😉. I was always wearing an eye mask during the needle play. Hm, yaps, getting needles in your nipples and (for me) in clit it's a very intense, a kind of "white pain", for a moment, but in the other part the body, it's more "hmmmmmm, I like it, that's not so bad" kind of pain. Hm, guys .... 😉 So, in fact no, or at least I, myself couldn't feel any afterwards pain. For me the pain came, when the needles were used on my different parts of body. And the rest was just the "show", when my partner took off the eye-mask and I could see my different body parts needled. Okay, that can have a stimulating effect also 😉

But I'm I'm saying again, this kind of play should allowed just when you have a partner wbho knowa exactly what she/he is doing. In my life this happened just once, when my partner was a doc.

I have never seen two piercings -each nipple? Tell me more would love pic. I have often thought about piecing mine but never have. I have used needle play and pushed it all the way through. I love suction and clamps--does piercing interfere?

I've done it a few times

I've done a couple of times with safety pins. Usually I just clamp my nipples with double clips and apply TENS to them. (Some people warn not to apply there since they are close to the heart. So please do not imitate me, though I doubt it). But most recently, pierced with safety pins and applied TENS current directly to the pins. Wow! it was so painful and great sensation I have ever experienced. Just like hammering them. Simultaneously, my butt was connected to enema equipment that feeds 5 litters of tap warm water into by belly. Pleasurable and painful sensations completely engulfed myself.
