I have lived as a woman 24/7 now for about 15 years. Like all ladies I like to be treated with respect and a nice friendly, polite smile.
Sure, there are times when people read me, but if they are polite and respectful of me, then that is all I want.
What I don't like is the shouting insults, the pointing and laughing. Like any person (man or woman) everyone finds this upsetting and causes distress.
If someone wants to ask me a question, or talk to me about my gender issues, then providing they are polite and respectful, I will talk to them about it and answer any questions that they want to ask. I am very open about it.
Like all women, we like to be treated like a lady and we love nice compliments.
It is nice when a man will open a door for you, or compliment your dress or perfume.
By far the worst people I find are groups of drunken men, like football crowds, or groups of young male teenagers on street corners.
