Doctor's office or at home

For me I rather get my temp taken at the doctors because it’s more embarrassing hahaha….I want to be in my underwear only and the nurse makes me lie down on my stomach. then she makes me lift up my hip and slide my undies down to my ankles…then she spreads My butt cheeks wide open and inserts the thermometer….while this is goin on I want someone to enter the room to see this !!! Once the thermometer is in the butt she leaves the room leaving the door open and everyone can see the thermometer in the butt!! even my own doctor passes by to see this and he pops his head in the exam room and says “I see your having your temperature taken I’ll be right back in a couple of minutes to start your physical“ lol
