Nonetheless, I am happy to find so many posters here who have indeed found themselves masturbating after (and sometimes before) a medical exam, and many who do it regularly!
It happened to me, most memorably when I was 19 and was sent to an ENT specialist in the City who - unexpectedly - gave me a complete ENT exam which considerably exceeded what I'd thought was his brief (from my GP), simply to syringe my ears of obstinate wax.
That night, at home, I masturbated 'like crazy' at the thought of having received what felt like a highly intimate exam, and which had triggered pre-existent fantasies of mine about invasive doctors and my body with all its parts (including, yes, my ears, nose, and throat)!
The fact that the specialist had access to various instruments to facilitate his peering and probing was largely what excited me.
