Inserting and inflating an inflatable nozzle feels so good it should be celebrated on its own before the enema.
Tonight when I do my clean out, I will first make sure my rectum is empty before the nozzle goes in. It's big - fills the whole rectum; but if there is shit in there, it's apt to leak. Since I enjoy an enema on a full bowel, I have developed a way to do this that empties the rectum back into the descending colon. I lube my anus, kneel on the closed toilet, and support my upper body with one hand on the floor. Using an empty bulb syringe, I pump as much air into me as I can before it starts to 'fart' as the bulb syringe nozzle goes in. Then I use a long shampoo bottle at least 1 1/2" in diameter to push the mass inside me further up. The position I'm in means the rectum is almost vertical, and the kink between it and the descending colon almost disappears. If the shit is soft, the mass often slumps by itself in the greatly expanded rectum and colon and the bottle comes out perfectly clean! Actually, this technique can be used for a few days to prevent taking a dump, to fill my colon to capacity.
Then I fart out the rest of the air - before shifting my position! That's important, otherwise gravity will restore the status quo ante! Now, standing with one foot resting on teh closed toilet, I slowly ease the long nozzle into me until it is seated as far up as it will go. Then with a bike pump I pump it up, and up, and....up - sometimes to one whole litre. The full sensation is delightful, and only adds to the anticipation as I get the soap mixed, fill the bucket and the siphon tube, attach the filled hose with its quick connects and its inline stopcock (faucet) and lie down to receive a blissful 4 1/2 litres on my back. Ah, how I'm looking forward to it!
