Well, having been there, being in stirrups for a procedure is one of those thing that appears to be fun, in theory, but is very much not so in practice. Once you are settled in position, with the supports under your knees and adjusted, you are completely exposed and essentially helpless, especially when the chair is tipped. It's all but impossible to get up. Because of the seat with the notched opening, your anus is completely exposed and obviously access to your penis is unimpeded.
Furthermore, when I experienced this, there were at least two nurses, perhaps three, in close proximity. They could all see what was happening, and they watched and monitored me as the rectal and urethral catheters were lubricated and put in and electrodes adhered within a half inch of my anus. Obviously, the nurse looked at my intimate parts closely. No sheets to cover me at all. They then instructed me to cough and bear down as the connections were tested.
Then the filling began and there was an intermittent conversation about what my bladder felt like and I had to describe how full I felt. When was the last time a stranger woman asked you ‘do you need to pee yet’? The filling continued until I started to leak pee.
At that point, I was instructed to pee as best I could into the funnel under my penis with both the rectal and urethral catheters still in place and being closely watched by the nurses. I was urged to empty as much as I could, then was scanned and straight catheterized to remove any residual artificial pee that remained in me.
All this medical attention may turn on some, and before the exam I was looking forward to it, but the reality, described above, is very different from your fantasies about it.
