There is a biological reality in all this. Men get turned on by a hot girl, simple as that. Some do better than others at hiding it. To be in shock or horror of it is a naive and silly reaction. Typically when I get into this discussion I hear all the chatter about how doctors could never get turned on due to their marvelous and superior training and to suggest it's possible is paramount to taking the side of a surely unethical deviant monster. Silly, just silly. We are not dealing with a rapist....we are talking about what makes men act like men.
Think of it this way - a pretty 18 year old girl takes her car in for an oil change. Does the mechanic get an erection - probably not - does he like the way she looks - probably - does he fantasize about getting in her pants - probably - does he think about her and jerk off - probably - does he molest her - doubtful.
Now that same girl goes to the gynecologist. Guess what - you could expect that same reaction from a male doctor that you get with a male mechanic. The big difference is that the male doctor gets to feel her breasts and insert his fingers in her vagina. Is he molesting her - doubtful - does he enjoy examining her more than the average patient - of course - is he a monster - no not really - he is a male and gets turned on by a hot 18 year old girl - simple as that
The one thing possible is that he really does allow his mind to stray enough to get an erection. The erection comes from the fact that he is a man, and it's what men do. If I pick up 99 snakes and do not get bitten, and then pick up the next and it bits me should I be mad at the snake? - no - why - because dammit - it's a snake and snakes bite because it's what they do.
So if your doctor gets a hard on examining you, it may be embarrasing or whatever you make of it, but quite frankly you must have a nice body or it would never have occured. As a female doctor, and not at all a lesbian, I also like examining a girl with a very nice body - I simply like it - nothing more to it than that.
