I have to agree with many of the other posters on this thread that the good ol' Ivory soap enema still gets my heart beating just a little faster! I find that a strong soap solution at about 107F flips my switch faster than anything. Normally, I take my salt/soda enemas at about 105F...but that extra 2 degrees and with the soap added simply has that "something extra" that really gets things exciting!
I agree with debgurl. I sometimes use Ivory soap enemas, or coffee enemas. Sometimes not. But I find hot enemas to be more exciting! I sometimes take enemas that are 110 to 118 degrees F, sometimes hotter, and there is just an exciting tension to see if I can endure it to the end!
I think the kind of nozzle makes a difference too. I use to use an antique Victorian douche nozzle, which sprayed in all four direction: N, E, S & W; from eight small holes. I remember those small holes stinging like hot needles inside me! I used methods of self-bondage so I would have to endure it for awhile!
These days I use a Klystra KP-2 nozzle, which has one hole, straight ahead. While tension builds from the pressure & heat, it doesn't have that stinging pin-needle effect!
Or maybe I am older and just more habituated to the discomfort. I've also learned to start with moderate temperature enemas and build up to really hot ones, to habituate myself to the discomfort during a session.
At any rate, I find hot enemas to be more exciting than cool or moderate temperature enemas.
