Locked up little one

Well it has finally happened. I was recently informed by my local caregiver that I play with myself too much, and as punishment I have been wearing a birdlocked chastity device for the last week. He hasn't indicated when he will let me out, but has informed me that starting today I'll be wearing some form of diapers 24/7 with my CB underneath. While at work it'll be thick cloth training pants with a limit on how many times I can visit the potty. Before leaving work I'll have to change into his diaper of choice. Whenever I'm not at work it'll be normal diaps which I'll have to use for both 1 and 2.

Has anyone ever worn a diaper and chastity device before? What's it like? Wearing this thing alone for a week hasn't been too fun....

Any suggestions for wearing this combination?
