Somewhere around 20 years ago I was offering massages and physical exams to guys who were into the medfet scene.
One day a guy called and made an appointment (I had run an ad in our local gay magazine), and when he showed up a few hours later he turned out to be a fairly good-looking, mid-30s red-haired guy.
I took him to the spare room in my home, and since I lived alone, I was able to use the room as an exam room. I had a real exam table in it, which I had bought at a garage sale, strangely enough.
I did the usual massage, then continued to put him through a complete head-to-toe exam, including a very extensive rectal exam, and finally a full 2-quart bag enema. Somehow I could tell he was not used to being a medfet patient, because he DID seem to be fairly embarrassed by most of it, especially the enema. I always took the patient into the bathroom to expel the enema, because it is usually pretty embarrassing for the "patient" to have a bowel movement in the presence of someone else. And this guy was no exception. He turned white when he sat down on the toilet and realized I was going to stay with him..
Anyway, after the exam and enema were done, he got dressed. And, as usual, I asked him to sit down in the living room, and let me know if my exam of him was fulfilling to him.
He then proceeded to tell me that he had never had a rectal exam or enema, and that it was pretty embarrassing, but also somewhat exciting.\
Then he told me that he was a REAL doctor, and he had always fantasized about doing embarrassing things to patients, but since he had a profession to protect, that was not a possibility.
Unfortunately, he told me of an experience where he went too far with a patient, and ultimately lost his job at the clinic.
Supposedly, according to him, he was assigned a patient who was Middle Eastern, and didn't speak English very well. My doctor friend decided that the patient probably wasn't too accustomed to how a physical exam was performed in this country. He said when the time came for the hernia and rectal exam, he had the guy lie down on the table, and then placed his feet into the stirrups. He obviously did a much more "thorough" exam than was necessary, and the guy picked up on the fact that the doctor was seeming to enjoy he patient's discomfort and humiliation, and reported the doctor to the clinic's management. He was let go, and I guess it stayed on his record, because when I double checked later to see if he was really a REAL doctor, I found out he DID work at an urgent care clinic, which hired doctors of questionable ethics.
Anyway, YES, there are doctors who have an interest in "playing doctor". In fact, to be honest, we never really know what a doctor or medical professional has going on in his mind, do we?
