Feeling it to know if something is not kinked, stopped, or blocked is important. Some like watching a paddle spinner, and a graduated translucent bag to help appreciate volumes and flow rates too. But customizing your own hose ending will especially give an added perception and sphincter exercise that is a helpful aid as well. Here is what you can do. Locating material and tools necessary will even create a secret hobby, maybe.
9/16 translucent silicone tubing with 1/16 thick wall is hard to find. You will easily find it with a slightly thinner wall, but need an inline hose size adapter hook-up for it. The idea is to give it 8 radial holes about an inch back from the hose tip. These are the goal and will give the sensation you need.
Get a standard leather punch with a selection wheel of various sizes. Select the smallest hole punch size. Concentrate on punching through into the exact opposite side of your tube. Practice will likely be necessary as to get the holes on opposing sides. Do this 4 times to give 8 holes.
With 8 well placed holes an inch back from the end, you need a terminal plug on the end to force your enema out your new omni spray. The idea here is to also smooth your hose end edges with a proper fitting plug.
The easiest method is with a piece of threaded stand-off or spacer that fits nicely into your tubing.
Screw a properly proportioned drawer knob into that piece of threaded spacer. You should cut off some of the knob's screw, so that it is not longer than the spacer it screws into.
Apply coconut oil to the spacer and slip it into end of your prepared enema hose.
Remember proper hygiene.
Look for and eliminate burs or rough spots as not to hurt yourself nor your master piece. Be sure the leather punch did not leave a hanging punched chad in any of those fine holes. If you can find a tubing brush, made for Camel Back water pack, that will forever be handy, but especially here as you ready your art.
Look in veterinary supply for Extra Large Dog nail clippers, or some extra large pill cutters, will help in cutting your tubing off squarely. Some reason, scissors never get it just right. There are tubing cutters, but the ones i have are way too big. Tubing needs to semi fit the cutting arcs for best results. If you find something you are proud of let me know. I have a collection of drawer knobs, but have a “Delrin” plastic bumper button, i like best. Many hardware stores and hobby supplies have great knob selections and you may likely find your stand-off there too.
