What's on the ceiling for you to look at during your exam?

As a male, Ive never been examined in stirrups in a doctor's office.

But I would think a poster of Tom Selleck or a cartoon on the ceiling would be pretty inappropriate in any professional setting. I know most women don't enjoy their annual visit to the Gynecologist. And many doctors feel obligated to shift the focus to something more pleasant or soothing. But a poster on the ceiling? Really?

I would be really insulted if my doctor had posters of attractive women on the walls designed to distract my attention away from a genital or rectal exam.
