This is a really cool thread. I love how many aspects of medfet fall into the realm of “hot to think about but not something you’d want in real life.”
I’ve discovered that I’m a bit of a switch, so the role I play in this changes.
For me, I tend to fantasize about a situation where the patient is effectively a lab rat for life (or at least a long period of time) and spends each day undergoing one type of procedure. Some days painful, some days pleasurable, some days boring. The patient never knows what’s in store, loses track of time, and becomes totally cutoff from the world outside. As for the particular procedures, I’ve imagined all kinds of stuff. Ductoscopy, defecography, needles stuck just about everywhere, electrical stimulation, urodynamics, and the list goes on.
All nasty stuff IRL.
