Women, showing a friend

If I as a male I had any kind of abnormality around my genitals there is no way I would show male friends to see what they thought it was, however I have had conversations with my wife about females in the same situation and she says that she would not be bashful in showing one of her female friends her boobs or fanny if she needed advice or reassurance over a medical concern. I was wondering how many females here would be comfortable with showing their closest friends their most intimate parts in similar circumstances.
