Often I encounter problems like gases, abnormal appetite,tiredness after very complete emptying of bowels. Good feelings of lightness and cleanliness of course are effects attained by many enemas,but after couple of hours" good vibrations" are gone. I would like to hear from other people, how you manage to transfer your bodies from "enema mode" to "normal mode".
If I do my enemas in the morning cleaning effect is better, but the day itself is quite lost, on the other hand if I start in evening when human body is tired of day, achieve good effect from the same enema procedures is much harder but nights
sleeping regains much power and side effects are less to concern( if only plenty of trips to toilet....)
After enema session I usually do not eat at least 2 hours but drink plenty of plain water or herbal teas and if I go to sleep I warm my stomach with warm hotwater bottle if I feel it necessary .
So, any experiences?
