I will admit that I am more than glad to be able to squirt. I haven't always been able to, and I don't always achieve it. I had to teach myself to do it. As I have stated in another post, you have to be patient and open to the experience.
Klystra77,
This is just a portion of a decent article about female ejaculation. The link is at the bottom in case you want to read the whole thing. I'm glad you are open and willing to consider a change in your skepticism 😁
You may have heard of female ejaculation, then again you may not have. You may believe it's real, or think it’s a figment of someone’s overzealous imagination. Fortunately, despite your personal beliefs, female ejaculation is real and possibly coming with a woman near you.
Female ejaculation, also known as "squirting" or "gushing" is not, we repeat not urine. It is actually near the exact (minus the sperm) chemical construction as prostatic fluid.
You may be thinking, “But women don’t have prostates!” Not true. Only a couple of years ago the medical establishment admitted the existence of the female prostate. The G-spot is the main ingredient in female ejaculation and it's no coincidence that the female G-spot is in practically exactly the same spot (albeit on a different wall) as the male prostate.
Men are often very proud when they are the catalyst for a "squirt" orgasm in their partner. This is because it takes a certain touch to procure these special ejaculatory functions. A female orgasm may be totally separate to her ejaculating -- they are not necessarily one and the same, and can be experienced at different times. A woman may have always been able to do it, but other women may deliberately learn how to do it, either on their own or with a partner.
If you want to get a squirt out of your lover, you will need to know the precise method. Here's how to achieve the elusive female ejaculation:
Important note: Not every woman can easily ejaculate, so don’t be disheartened if it doesn’t work as you expect. In saying this, every woman has the biological anatomy to ejaculate -- so it is possible, in theory. It may be more difficult for some because of her physical makeup: weak pelvic floor muscles, inability to properly relax, etc. It takes practice to perfect this trick and learn how to relax properly and go with the flow, so to speak. It is also not a bad idea for your girl to practice this on her own -- then she can get the gist of it without feeling shy about the whole pee thing.

I admit that I sometimes experience cramping in my hip during sex. Typically the cramping/spasms are due to the clinching of the muscle for an extended period of time, or the hip being maneuvered into an odd position. During an orgasm, again, muscles are contracting intensely in the hips as well as the back (if your wife arches her back in orgasm). One suggestion, if there is forethought before being intimate, your wife could try taking the anti-inflammatory, Naproxen Sodium (Aleve). If her stomach is not able to handle this, she could try the arthritis strength Tylenol. I am not a doctor, so she may want to consult her gynecologist or GP for further advice.
Non-medicinal alternatives are: stretching the hips and back muscles daily, Tai Chi, water aerobics, and/or acupuncture.
Whatever y'all decide to do, be safe and lots of luck
