Question re ejaculation during exam

I have a play doc exam tomorrow and just got done with the enema prep. I was told by the doc not to ejaculate for a week prior to the exam which I did follow. My concern is this being I have not ejaculated in a week, I am extremely erect in my briefs right now due the the enema I just did, and the thought of he exam. I am concerned that I will ejaculate as soon as the exam start. Any suggestion to avoid this this? Also their will be additional enema and rectal exams during the appointment.

Well, I'm no expert on such things, but I can only imagine that your doctor has already thought of that little problem. Perhaps they will immediately do something to you during the exam so that you don't have a premature accident. Maybe some type of catheter? Or they could put on a nice tight cock ring to maybe slow things down. I'm not sure, but it sure is interesting to think about the possibilities.

Well...I did the same thing...I as soon as my "play-doc" touched me, I started ejaculating. I was a bit embarrassed, but he took some tissues cleaned me up and continued with the exam.
