Wife's Examination

Has anyone been to more than one obgyn doc with their wives / gf's?

I have played with a long time girlfriend for some time now and she agreed to try a few new docs out last year. We did the usual annual together and then came up with a few reasons to get into the gyn outside the annual visit...insurance being what it is only pays to a certain point of course. I also paid out of pocket for a couple new patient visits

I am thinking through some new scenarios for this year coming up...not sure if planned parenthood is worth the cost ...also I've noticed a couple clinics that seem to cater much to the "well woman" principle.

The benefit of course is the variety of exam styles, use of instruments, etc....anyone out there have experience with pp...or other clinics? Of course the new patient idea is on the list again this year as it seems to be a good deal of variety so far

Here in England it is often possible to be in the examination room with your wife except for X-rays. My own wife is always in favour of me being there and I have watched her being examined vaginally several times. Also when she had a cystoscopy bladder examination I was able to watch the screen throughout.

Doc4u,

You need to get her pregnant. Then they go once a month. 😉

I went with my wife for several. The practice had 4 doctors and they purposefully rotated who you saw so that the patient became familiar with all four before the due date, since there was no way to know who was going to be "on-call" for the delivery.

My wife says that when she visits her male gp for a general checkup he always does a vaginal and rectal exam. A number of times he has got his male collegue to give a second opinion re some "irregularity in her vagina or anus", which proves to be nothing.

I was with my wife in gynoexam when she was pregnant. It was interesting.

Hi,

I always accompany my wife to her doctors appointments, at her insistence.

This is basically for two reasons, to ensure her safety and cumfort as often she does not know which doctor she will see an it will very likely be a complete stranger.

Secondly to be a second ' Set of Ears' as especially when she is not feeling well she likes having me there to listen to what the doctor advises for her treatment, ask any questions she might have forgotten and reminder what medicines to take, how often etc when we get home.

If any doctor tried to refuse her the right to have me present she would immediately leave and take her business and that of the rest of our family elsewhere.

The way I understand it from her, the female patient has the right to insist on having the chaperone of their choice present during any examination, if a doctor tried to refuse my wife's clearly stated wishes in this mater, then serious alarm bells would would start ringing for my wife and she would have nothing further to do with that doctor.

I have been to a few of my girlfriend's exams. One was for an IUD insertion, the details of which I will tell at a later time, and the other was for a physical she had before getting the IUD. The day of her physical I was excited, as it was the first time witnessing a female physical exam. She took her time getting ready, showering extra thoroughly, shaving her underarms and legs. She had just gotten a Brazilian a few days prior in anticipation of the appointment. She put on a matching black lace and satin bra and panty set, a nice snug pair of low rise jeans, a snug fitting t shirt that is short enough to show a little bit of her nice toned abs, and strappy 3 inch heels.

We arrived and were soon brought back to an exam room. I had no problem going with her since we have the same doctor. The nurse had her go to the bathroom to give a urine sample. Then the nurse took her vitals, had her remove her heels for the height and weight check, then she got a paper vest and paper sheet from the cupboard and told my girlfriend to undress completely including bra and panties, put the vest on with the opening in the front, and sit on the table and use the sheet to cover her legs. The nurse left and my girlfriend said you can watch but you can't touch! She then took off her t shirt, unzipped her jeans and slipped them off, folded them and placed them and her shirt on one of the chairs in the corner. Then she took off her bra, slipped her panties off and put them under her jeans. She put the paper vest on open in front, it was flimsy and barely reached her belly button. As she walked over to the exam table, I thought she looked so hot in just that vest, her bare ass and bare mons seemingly accentuated by the pale blue paper vest. She sat up on the table and placed the thin paper sheet over her lap. It didn't even reach her knees. I was getting very turned on and she could tell. She said I know what you want to do when we get home, and I replied I'd like to do it now with you in the stirrups. She laughed and just then the doctor knocked and came in with the nurse.

The doctor asked my girlfriend the usual questions and she said she would like to have the IUD. The doctor said that he can do the exam for her but she'd have to get it inserted at the local planned parenthood, and that he could give her a copy of her exam results to take with her to the clinic. So the moment I've been waiting for, exam time! The doctor checked her eyes, ears, nose and throat, listened to her heart and lungs, and with the vest already open for the steth, he had her put her hands behind her head and gave her a very thorough breast exam. He had her lie back and with her hands behind her head again he repeats the exam. Then he listened to her abdomen with the steth, then firmly and thoroughly palpated her abdomen from her rib cage to just above her pubic bone. She looked so sexy lying there with the vest open and the sheet pushed down to her pubic bone. Then he closes her vest, pulls the sheet up a bit, and said now for the dreaded pelvic. My girlfriend sighed and said yay, the joys of being a woman. The nurse chuckled and said I feel your pain.

The doctor pulled out the stirrups, had my girlfriend slide down and put her feet in the stirrups. He pushed the table extender in and had her scoot to the edge of the table. He told her to relax and let her knees fall open as much as possible. He adjusted the sheet to expose her bare vulva and switched on the lamp. The nurse had readied the tray for the exam, and gave the doctor a pair of latex gloves. He began with the external exam, checking her labia and visually checked her anus. He said now I'm going to insert the speculum, you might feel some pressure, try to relax. The nurse handed him a stainless steel speculum she had warmed under warm water, and he parted her labia and slid the speculum into her. He rotated it so the handles were vertical, and told her she might feel some pressure as he opened it. He slowly opened her up, took a look inside, and took the cytobrush from the stand. He told my girlfriend she might feel a pinch and inserted it and rotated the brush. She made a little frown and then looked at me and gave a little smile. The doctor snapped off the brush into a liquid filled vial the nurse was holding. The doctor then partially closed and removed the speculum, took off the glove from his left hand, switched off the lamp, and stood up. He said he was going to do the bi- manual exam next. He lubed his index and middle fingers and told her to relax as he slid his fingers into her as far as they would go. He rotated them around checking all sides. He then pushed up on her cervix which made my girlfriend let out a slight gasp. The doctor asked if it hurt and she said no, it just surprised her. He asked if it hurt when he wiggled her cervix and she said no. He then checked her uterus and ovaries, pushing the sheet up exposing her tanned and toned abdomen and pressing firmly down with his ungloved hand. She squirmed a little when he felt her ovaries. He asked if it hurt and she said no, just a little uncomfortable. He removed his fingers from her and took the glove off. He told her that she has a retroverted uterus, and he needs to do a recto vaginal exam to be able to fully check her uterus. She said oh great that figures. She had only recently started seeing my doctor, as hers had moved out of state, and this is the first pelvic he's given her. She told him that she's never had a rectal exam before, and he said to relax and it won't hurt. He put a fresh glove on his right hand and lubed his index and middle fingers, told her to relax her bottom as his middle finger touched her anus, and said bear down as his finger slid into her rectum and his index finger slid into her vagina. She took in a deep breath and slowly exhaled as she squirmed slightly. The doctor's fingers were in all the way and he swept them from side to side, then rechecked her uterus and ovaries with his other hand. She was obviously very uncomfortable, and let out a little sigh of relief as he slid his fingers out of her. He said all is well, you can sit up now.

She pushed on the stirrups and slid back, and I helped her sit up. She pulled the sheet down over her lap. The doctor went over the results of the exam with her, gave her instructions about when to have the IUD inserted, told her the pap results will be ready in a couple weeks, then she can come back to pick up the pap and exam results to bring with her to the IUD appointment. He said she can get dressed, there's some wet naps on the counter to clean up with, and he and the nurse left. She got up and took the vest off, cleaned herself up, and I watched very lustily as she got dressed. When she put her bra and panties back on, I came up behind her and put my hands on her bare ass cheeks, as she was wearing a thong. I asked her how her rectal was. She turned around and slapped my arm and said don't even think about it! Then she smiled and said maybe when we get home. She squeezed into her sexy jeans and put her t shirt on and stepped into her strappy heels and tied them. She looked so damn hot in that outfit, and having just witnessed her get a very thorough exam I barely made it home. We had an incredible afternoon of sex and to this day I often relive that exam while we have sex. Sorry for such a long story for a thread, I probably should have put this in the story section, but I'm sure most of you won't mind!

In this day and age there is a lot of understandable skepticism about sexual acts taking place at gynecological visits...it seems like the odds of getting caught seems so high....but 3 observations: 1) any organisation has a baseline level of unethical behavior that can't be erradicated, and 2) a small (very small? I don't know...) percentage of women either tolerate it, or even seek it out in real life (motivations can be complex, but seem pretty *healthy* in situations I know of, and the women seem *in control* of it), 3) even 20 years back there was less risk of massive exposure for the doc due to lack fo internet, maybe?...e.g hush it all up and it blows over?

Anyway, It may be really, really small for #2, I don't know, but it's seriously real even if it's a small percentage. I'm not referring to fantasy about a visit after the fact, but real events that cross the line where the doctor and the patient reinforce each other, but never openly acknowlege what's going on. Eventually I imagine the doctor get's put under investigation, and even so, maybe the compulsion to continue to find willing "victims" is so strong it can't be resisted. I use quotes to refer to women who, while not always understanding their motivation, seek it out to a degree, and again, seem pretty in control of the seeking, if happy to be "out of control" on purpose in the exam.

I've dated pretty heavily back in the day, and always was curious about experiences and fantasies of the women I dated, and also into role playing. Seemed like the percentage that was into the fantasy of sexual things happening to them in a hospitcal setting was at least 10%, and the percentage who encouraged it if the right circumstances arose seemed to be about 1%. That ranged from those who imagined that something was going on, but weren't sure, to those who had sex with the doctor. Granted that once HIV became well characterized as a risk factor that all seemed to change, but prior to about 1980-85 it seemed that living out sexual fantasies with strangers was something women really aspired to if they felt safe. Heck, with clubs to do this in like Platos, and books like Fear of Flying, women were racing each other to the nearest erotic encounter with the proverbial stranger, it seemed to me. College in the late 70's was like one big fantasy exploration for women I knew. Not sure how that happens now with all the precautions.

One example I'll cite is college girlfriend mentioning "Do you think there's anything wrong with the doctor putting his finger in my ass?"

I was on red alert at that point, but still, nothing much there. Said as much, and she went on to say she still had the lubricant on her rear end if I wanted to look.

Point is it was pretty clear she considered the whole situation erotic, and not a surprise given the Penthouse letters we'd been having her read while I boinked her, gangbangs, medical fantasies, exhibition, etc...the whole gamit. We were pretty wound up but too young to have any real experiences.

Long story short based upon the one instance it wasn't clear to me what was going on but the facts were that she liked thinking he was getting off on fingering her, that he was a pretty old (50's or 60's) white male, that she was a (barely) 5 foot tall Japanese girl who was a little on the insecure slightly chubby side, and she was into exhibition and humiliation big time in fantasy, and a little bit in reality at car races where women were encouraged to flash.

So every time she went to this doctor over the next 4 years she got "fingered", and the evidence built up that he was indeed fingering her for pleasure, and that he was watching her carefuly for signs that she was into it and not going to tell anyone or get him in trouble.

1) she said he seemed nervous and moody sometimes (in my opinion as if he was afraid of being confronted with what was going on) and other times very "chatty" while his finger was up her as if to get her to talk about gynocologically related stuff but while his finger was actually up her butt. This may be a stretch, but it reminded me and still does of how a guy wants a woman to fantasize while he's fingering her, or entering her.

2) She "forgot" to wear appropriate underwear and this seemed to put him at ease, and she let me shave her repeatedly over the 4 years knowing that her gyno was coming up and getting all worked up in a state of sexual anxiety over "what will the doctor think!", and then we'd bang the hell out of each other, etc. The shaving part seemed to initially shut him down cold, and later produced plenty of chatter on a consistent basis during the "fingering". He asked if she was afraid, or had heard of "crabs", and she actually didn't know what he was talking about until I explained it later. She said "no", but didn't know what the implications were. I still think he was trying to get her to talk about her reasons for shaving.

3) she leaked (her fluids from the vagina) while he fingered her ass and I can't imagine what better invitation that is to a doctor who's interested in willing patients. She said it was so massive sometimes that there wasn't much chance he didn't see it, and on these occasions he would wipe her up in the vaginal area separately, but never cleaned off the lubricant from her anus.

4) she's terribly submissive and anyone can figure that out. I mean, this guy didn't know how good he had it. Not only was she wanting it to happen, but she's so submissive to authority she would have done anything he wanted.

5) he asked her about anal sex and she said she engaged in it, but he didnt' ask while his finger was up her, but right after her exam while he was staring at paperwork and being all professional. She said he seemed to rush into it and start saying that STD's were possible from it and it wasn't a way to avoid STD's, only an acceptable alternative to risk of pregnancy and normal behavior. My wife says she really got a little embarassed in a fun way and giggled, and he giggleed, and she said she did, and he laughed and said nothing wrong with it but don't assume you can't get an STD, etc.

Anyway, the ass fingering for real reasons or pleasure for him, or both, went on the entire 4 years we were at school. It was immensely exciting for us and we used to do anal using the lube he'd left behind and my girlfriend would verbalize a lot either reliving the exam in fantasy about what would have happended, or asking me what I'd like to see done to her.

Sort of makes you wish there were more dirty docs out there.

That said, I was approached by a female doc of about the same age repeatedly in one visit just after college, about a prostate exam. It was hilarious how bold this woman was, and I was having none of it. It sort of freaked me out, too. so, I imagine there are plenty of women who would have been pretty put off by it and angry. It just happened that my girlfriend and this doctor were both into the same thing at the right time, IMO. No harm, no foul.

We later got married for 5 years, btw.

About a month after witnessing my girlfriend's physical that she got because she wanted an IUD, she made the appointment with the local planned parenthood to have the IUD inserted. Our doctor suggested that they do it because they have a lot of experience inserting IUD's. She scheduled her appointment for 8 o'clock in the morning, so we could go to work afterwards. She knew that the insertion could be quite uncomfortable and she knew that I'd want to have sex afterwards, so going to work would prevent that since she most likely would be too sore for sex.

The day of her appointment arrived, and she took a long shower and shaved her underarms and legs. Just like before her physical, she got a Brazilian wax a few days prior. She put on a matching dark blue satin and lace bra and thong panty set. Then she put on tan colored nylon knee highs, pulled on a nice pair of snug fitting low rise dark grey boot cut dress slacks that zip up the side, a fitted dark blue short sleeve satin blouse that was short enough that it didn't need to be tucked in, and put on black high heels that have a strap that ties around the ankle. The knee highs were my idea, since it was summer she normally wouldn't wear them. But I wanted her to wear them and leave them on for the stirrups. We arrived and were soon brought back to an exam room. The nurse had her go to the bathroom to give a urine sample to make sure she wasn't pregnant. Then her vitals were taken, and she removed her heels to be weighed.

Then the nurse said to undress from the waist down, including panties, and sit on the table. She handed my girlfriend a paper drape and told her to use it to cover her lap. After she left my girlfriend said here we go again! She unzipped her dress slacks and slid them down her tanned and shapely thighs, folded them and placed them on a chair by the desk. Then she slipped her thong panties off and placed them under her pants. As she walked to the table I watched her very firm and shapely ass. She saw me looking and said I know what you want, and I said no, I was just admiring all of your hard work at the gym. She laughed and sat up on the table and covered her legs with the drape. Just like at her physical, this drape didn't even reach her knees, only to mid thigh.

Soon the doctor, or was it a nurse practitioner, I can't remember, knocked and entered with the nurse. She introduced herself and explained the whole procedure to my girlfriend and I. She reviewed the physical exam and pap smear paperwork that my girlfriend brought from our doctor, and said to her you are in excellent health, so you're good to go. She asked us if we had any questions before she begins, and we said no. She told my girlfriend to lie back and place her feet in the stirrups. After she did the NP told her to scoot down until her butt is a little over the edge of the table. Then she told her to relax her knees all the way open as far as she can. Now my girlfriend is very flexible, so her legs were spread obscenely wide. I looked at her nylon covered feet and calves and thought how sexy she looked. The NP pushed the drape and blouse up exposing her flat and firm tanned abdomen and sexy thighs.

The NP put on a latex glove on her right hand and said I have to use water for a lubricant to do a bi manual exam, we don't want lubricant to cause potential contamination when I dilate your cervix. She ran her fingers under the faucet, then went over and told my girlfriend to relax as she inserted two fingers deep into her vagina. She placed her other hand on my girlfriend's lower abdomen and pressed firmly down, checking her cervix, uterus and ovaries. She flinched slightly when the NP pushed up on her cervix, and she asked her if that hurt, and my gf said no, just caught me by surprise. As her ovaries were palpated, she flinched again. The NP asked her if she felt pain, my gf said no, just some discomfort. She then wiggled her cervix side to side and front to back and asked my gf if she felt any pain or tenderness, and she said no. She removed her fingers from my gf's vagina. The NP said since your uterus is retroverted, or tipped, I need to perform a rectal exam. My gf said I've gone my whole life with no rectal exam, and now I'm getting a second one in a month's time! Everyone laughed a little, including my gf. Good thing she has a great sense of humor. The NP donned a new glove, wet the index finger under the faucet, put KY on the middle finger, placed the middle finger on my gf's anus and said bear down. Her middle finger entered her rectum and index finger slid into her vagina as far as they would go. The NP pressed down even more firmly than before feeling her cervix and uterus. My gf had a look of discomfort on her face and she squeezed my hand for the first time. The NP said sorry I'm pressing so hard, but your tipped uterus is more difficult to feel, and I have to make sure I properly locate your internal organs, and feel what angle your cervix and uterus are at. My gf said okay I understand. The NP removed her index finger from my gf's vagina, but left her middle finger in her rectum and did a full 360 degree sweep one way, then a 360 degree sweep the other way, then really pushed her finger in as far as it would go and pressed very firmly down on her uterus one more time, making my gf really squeeze my hand hard. The NP then removed her finger and the nurse handed my gf a wet nap to wipe the lube off of her anal area. She did then the NP, who still had her glove on, took it and threw it away. As she took off her glove and threw it out she said now I'm going to insert the speculum...... To be continued.

A friends wife once told us about an exam she had in the late 70's where she usually made here appointments with the female doc but was told another doc was covering while she was at the hospital for a patient. She went for the exam because she was experiencing pain duiring intercourse. She said when the nurse was weighing her she said the doctor had a student with him and wanted to know if he could observe her exam. She said she hesitated but then told the nurse she was all for higher education (shes a teacher) and somewhat reluctantly agreed. She was discussing how both of them were studs and how embarrassed she was. The doctor could find no reason for the discomfort during sex. This friend was a cheerleader during high school and was pretty easy to look at. Guess being a gyn wouldn't be the hardest job to take.

Girlfriend's IUD insertion continued from below.

The NP put on new gloves and took the speculum from the nurse. She told my gf to relax, she might feel some pressure. The NP parted my gf's labia and inserted the speculum all the way in, rotated the handles so they were pointed down, and told my gf to relax, she was going to open the speculum and she might feel more pressure. As the NP opened the blades, my gf made a little frown and said the speculum feels larger than usual. The NP said she was using a Graves speculum instead of the Pederson speculum, which has wider blades than the Pederson, so she would be opened up more to better visualize the cervix for the insertion. My gf said she felt like she was going to tear her vagina! The NP said that she was done opening her up. The NP then said that she was going to use an iodine solution to wipe on my gf's cervix and the area around her cervix to sterilize the area to lessen the chance for infection. She took what looked like a fat cotton swab on a long handle, dipped it into a little cup of solution, and inserted it into my gf's vagina and swabbed all around inside of her. She then removed and threw out the swab, then said that she was going to use a tenaculum to stabilize her cervix for the insertion. She showed us the tenaculum, which looked like long handled pinchers, which it basically was. My gf looked mortified, and the NP said to relax and take deep breaths, it will only pinch very briefly. My gf took my hand again, and the NP inserted the tenaculum and said here we go.

My gf's nylon covered toes curled, and nylon covered calves tensed up noticeably, then I heard a click, which was the handles of the tenaculum locking together. My gf's hips flinched back a little, and she squeezed my hand hard and she let out a rather loud "ouch"! The NP said sorry, and asked my gf to slide back down the table where she was before. She did, and the NP took off her gloves. She asked me if I wanted to see my gf's cervix, and I said yes. My gf said go ahead, and I went down to look between her outstreched legs. The NP adjusted the lamp, and I saw a beautiful sight! The large Graves speculum holding my gf wide open, the evil looking tenaculum latched onto my gf's cervix, and a very healthy looking vaginal canal and cervix. The nurse handed my gf a mirror and told her to take a look. She looked at herself with the mirror and said that was the first time she's seen her insides, too. I went back up by my gf, and the NP had finished washing her hands again.

She opened a packet of sterile exam gloves and put them on. The NP then said that this may be the most uncomfortable part of the process. She opened up a sterile sound, which looked like a long handled small diameter tube with a plunger type device to indicate the depth of her uterus. The NP told my gf to breathe slowly and deeply, and to stay still. If she jumps or flinches too much, the sound may accidentally perforate her uterus. My gf took my hand and pulled it to her chest and held on with both of her hands, and braced herself. The NP took hold of the tenaculum, and started inserting the sound into her cervix. My gf had a death grip on my hand, she closed her eyes and took a very deep breath and exhaled slowly, and let out a soft moan that sounded like she was in pain. I took my other hand and stroked her forehead and said you're very brave, you're tough and it will be over soon. The NP said all done, now I'm going to remove the sound and check the measurement. As she removed the sound, my gf took another deep breath and sighed, still clenching my hand. Her face looked a little flush, and her forehead looked a little sweaty. She said that was the worst cramping she had ever felt in her life, and if childbirth was worse than this, then she's all set on not having kids! We laughed and I said well at least you still have your sense of humor!

The NP said your uterus is nice and deep, so you are a good candidate for the IUD. The nurse had already placed the IUD into the insertion/plunger device, and handed it to the NP. She told my gf that this may hurt as much, maybe a little more than the sound, but some women say it's not as bad because the cervix is already dilated. My gf grabbed my hand again, and the NP took hold of the tenaculum, and started to insert the device. My gf almost broke my hand! She was wimpering and she looked like she was hurting pretty badly. At this point, any arousal of seeing her on the table in stirrups, legs wide apart, speculum in, nylon covered feet and calves shining under the lamp, was gone. I felt really bad for her, wishing I could take her pain away. The NP said almost there, just pushing the plunger now. My gf said please hurry! The NP said there, it's in place, now I'm removing the insertion device. As soon as it was out, my gf's face relaxed considerably, and she released her death grip on my hand. The NP said now I'll trim the strings. She took small scissors and went in and trimmed the strings. She told me to come and look. She pointed them out and said either my gf or I could check the strings to make sure the IUD is still in place, especially after her period. The nurse gave my gf the mirror again so she could see as well. When she was done, the nurse took it back, and the NP said I'll finish up now.

She released the tenaculum, took it out, then closed and removed the speculum. My gf said thank God, I'm so stretched out, and my legs are falling asleep! The NP said she could sit up, and the nurse and I helped her slide back and sit up. My gf pulled the drape over her lap, and the NP gave us instructions on when to check the strings, what my gf can expect over the next few days, and to use a condom for sex for a week or so, just to make sure the IUD stays in, and to help make sure she doesn't get an infection as her cervix closes and she heals up. She told my gf to make an appointment after her next period, just to make sure the IUD is still in place and that everything looks ok. She handed my gf a pantyliner, saying she might have spotting for a few days. She asked if we had any questions, and we said we're all set. The NP said you're all set to get dressed, and if you have any concerns or problems don't hesitate to call. With that, they left.

My gf slowly slid off the table to her feet, took some wet naps from the counter, and cleaned herself up. She then put on her panties with the pantyliner in place, squeezed into her nice fitting dress slacks and zipped them up the side, sat down and slipped her heels on and tied them around her ankles. I asked her if she still wanted to go to work, and she said what am I, a fragile little wimp? I said no, you're tough as nails! She said all right then, let me freshen up and we'll go to work. She wiped off her face and reapplied her makeup while I drove her to work. When I got to work, I kept reliving her exam and IUD insertion. When we got home, she obviously felt much better. I started to undress her, first her blouse, then her heels and dress slacks, and then her bra and panties. I left her knee highs on, put on a condom, doctor's orders, and we had very intense sex. She said the sex actually helped relieve the mild cramps she was still having. I said we should continue then! I will tell about her follow up visit on another day!

Wow that was a turn on for me. I really enjoyed all the detail that really helped paint the picture in my mind. Thankyou for sharing your expierence with us.

It's funny how I can't remember what I had for lunch yesterday, but I can remember every little detail of my girlfriend's exams from a few years ago, right down to exactly what she wore that day, including the color and style of bra and panties. I even remember the color of her toenails, and what was said almost word for word! I will give all the details of her follow up visit soon. And she has an appointment for a complete physical, including pelvic and pap, for next month, May 6 to be exact. I already have that morning off from work! I will share the details of that exam as well!

Many years go i when with my wife because she had a miss carrage and when to the dr. He allowed me to be in with her and the chair was at the foot end of the table. Her breast exam was very exciting but when he got her in the sturrips i could see every thing he was doing and at one point ask me jokingly if i care to help. Was a real turn on to what him slide the speculum in and the i was suprised at how far he open her up. Have only been back a few other times since then

It can happen from time to time but isn't very common to have the patient get on her hands and knees for a rectal speculum, most times the rectal speculum will be inserted with the patient on her back with her legs in the stirrups.

Here is the follow up visit after my girlfriend's IUD insertion.

Since my girlfriend had her IUD inserted just before the start of her period, it was only a couple of weeks later that she scheduled her follow up visit. We happened to be on vacation together that week, so she made the appointment for first thing that Monday morning. That morning arrived, and she showered and shaved her underarms and legs. And as usual, she made sure to get a Brazilian a couple days prior, so she was extra smooth down there. She came into the bedroom and I watched her get dressed. She put on a matching white satin and lace bra and thong panty set. The thong was a low rise hip hugger style. Since it was summer, she wore tight low rise hip hugger denim short shorts, a tight white camisole style low cut tank top, and low heeled sandals. Between the low rise of her shorts and the short length of the tank top, she had about three inches of her flat, firm and tanned abdomen showing. Her belly button piercing was also showing, a cute little hoop with a small diamond on it. She put her hair up in a loose pony tail. She has long strawberry blonde hair, down to the middle of her back. I love it when a woman has her hair up in a ponytail. She was a sight to behold. My girlfriend is a very attractive woman. She is 28, is 5' 8" tall and weighs about 120 pounds. She has dark blue eyes, and has a very athletic figure. She lifts weights in addition to a lot of cardio, so she has a firm body with good muscle tone. Anyways, I noticed that she had put on sunscreen before getting dressed, so her skin had a little shine to it. I especially liked how her thighs and calves had a sheen to them, and combined with her tan it almost looked like she was wearing pantyhose. She asked how she looked, and I said smoking hot, like you usually are! She smiled and said good answer!

We arrived at the planned parenthood clinic where she had the IUD inserted. Our doctor had suggested to go to planned parenthood for her IUD insertion because they have a lot of experience doing that. A while after we arrived, we were called back. The nurse took my gf's vitals, had her go to the bathroom to empty her bladder for the exam, and had her remove her sandals for the weight check. Then she pulled out a paper drape and told her to remove her shorts and panties, have a seat at the end of the exam table, and cover her lap with the drape. With that, she left. My gf said you really have been enjoying this, haven't you? I replied oh yeah, I only wish we could do this once a month, every month! She laughed, unbuttoned and unzipped her denim short shorts, then slipped them down her shapely thighs and off. She placed them on the chair in the corner, then hooked her thumbs in the waistband of her thong panties, and slowly slid them down her hips and legs. She bent over to step out of them and shook her firm ass at me. I grabbed her hips and pushed myself against her ass, and she says you're hard already, boy do you have a long wait! I said I know, this is driving me nuts! I stepped back and she put her panties on top of her shorts, which surprised me. She had always put them under her clothes. She noticed that I saw her do that, and she had a little smile, but said nothing. The sight of her in just her tight white tank top, the short length showing off from just above her belly button down, showing off her firm abdomen and curvy hips, was a sight to behold. She sat up on the end of the table and placed the little paper drape on her lap, which barely reached mid thigh. Just then there was a knock on the door, and my gf said come in.

It was the same female nurse practitioner from the IUD insertion. She asked my gf how she was doing, and my gf said good, I had my period a day after you put the IUD in, and I bled more than usual, but I haven't had any spotting since the end of my period. The NP asked if she checked the strings. My gf replied yes, right after her period, and again this morning, and it's still there. The NP said all right then, let's take a look. Lie back and place your feet in the stirrups, please. My gf slid forward, laid back and placed her heels in the stirrups. The NP said slide down some more. She slid down until her butt was just over the edge of the table. The NP then said relax and let your legs fall open as far as you can. My gf is very flexible, so she spread her legs obscenely wide. The NP switched on the lamp and aimed it between my gf's legs, then pushed the paper drape up, exposing her lower abdomen and thighs. The combination of the lamp, and the slight sheen of her tanned and toned abdomen and legs from the sunscreen she put on earlier, made her skin glow. Add to that her very shapely and firm thighs spread wide apart, her very well defined calves, her tight as a drum butt and curvy firm hips, and it was almost too much for me to take.

The NP put on latex gloves, and took a speculum out of the warming draw under the table. She wet it under warm water to lubricate it, and showed it to my gf. The NP said this is a medium Pederson, I don't need to use a large Graves like I did for the IUD insertion. My gf said thank God, that thing was a torture device! We laughed, and the NP told my gf to relax. She parted her labia and slowly inserted the speculum, rotated the handles down, and said relax, I'm going to open the speculum now, you might feel some pressure. With that she opened the speculum and looked inside my gf. She said the strings are intact, and everything looks normal. She asked me if the strings bothered me during sex. I said no, I've only felt them once or twice, but that's it. She said good, then partially closed and removed the speculum.

She switched off the lamp, took the glove off her left hand, and put lube on her index and middle fingers of her right hand. She told my gf she needs to check her uterus for any pain or tenderness, which could indicate a problem with the IUD. She told my gf to relax, and she slowly slid her fingers into my gf's vagina. I admired the beauty of my gf's vagina, her small labia minora, the healthy pink color of her soft folds, and not a stitch of hair anywhere! The NP pushed in as far as she could go, and pressed down on my gf's flat firm lower abdomen with her ungloved left hand. She wiggled her cervix back and forth, then front to back, and asked her if it hurt. My gf said no. She then pushed up on her cervix while pushing down very firmly with her abdominal hand, fully checking her uterus for any pain, tenderness or abnormalities. I saw my gf's calves tense up and her toes curl up tight. She recently had a pedicure, and her shiny red toenails looked hot. She had a look of discomfort on her face, and she took in a deep breath and exhaled slowly. The NP saw the look of discomfort and asked her if it hurt, my gf said it's not painful, but definitely uncomfortable. The NP said sorry I'm pressing so hard, but I have to make sure that I feel your uterus. Are you sure it's not pain, or is a particular spot tender? My gf said no, just general discomfort and pressure. The NP said everything feels normal, you're nice and healthy.

She slid her fingers out of my gf's vagina, and as she takes off her latex glove she said to her this is your lucky day, no rectal exam needed today! My gf said that's good, it's bad enough I had two in a month's time! We laughed, and the NP told my gf she could sit up. She pushed on the stirrups and slid back up the table, and I helped her sit up. She pulled the drape over her lap. The NP asked my gf if she had any questions. She said no, and the NP told her to remember to check the strings often, especially after her period, and every time we have sex. I said I check it every time, but for different reasons. My gf slapped my arm and the NP laughed. She then said if there's any problems, don't hesitate to call. Other than that, you're all set until your next pap and pelvic. With that she said you can get dressed, there's some moist wipes on the counter to freshen up with, then she left.

My gf put the drape aside, hopped off the table, cleaned herself with the moist wipes, then slipped on her thong panties. I rubbed my hand on her bare ass and said I'll give you a rectal exam when we get home. She said I was hoping you'd say that! She stepped into her tight denim short shorts and pulled them up her smooth thighs and wiggled her hips to get them over her ass, and buttoned and zipped them up. She stepped into her low heeled sandals, and said let's go home and have fun! As she walked toward the door, I checked out her long, awesome legs and very firm and round butt. I thought to myself, what a lucky SOB I am! We went home and I reexamined her, then we had lots of sex that day. What a great way to start a vacation! Next I will tell about the physical with pap and pelvic that she had last year. Then I will give all the details of her physical that she has coming up on May 6.

Thanks rabid, looking forward to the 6th as well. OR shortly there after for a follow up.

This is a description of my girlfriend's physical last year.

It had been almost a year since my girlfriend's IUD insertion, and she was due for a complete physical, pap and pelvic. So she made the appointment, and we both scheduled the day off from work. Her appointment was on a Friday, so we could have a long weekend. That morning arrived, and she took an extra long shower, shaving her underarms and legs. As she usually does before a pelvic, she had a Brazilian wax done a couple days prior to her exam. She always keeps it bare, but she wants to make sure there's no stubble for an exam. I had picked out her clothes for her exam. I like to pick what she wears. She has a killer body, and I like to dress her sexy without going overboard. I actually like to go clothes shopping with her. She models sexy outfits, and I pick which ones I like. I even help her pick her office attire. She dresses smart and professional for work, with just a hint of sexiness in how her clothes fit. Snug without being skin tight, skirts that are snug and three to four inches above the knee, fitted blouses that show just a hint of cleavage, and fitted short length blazers. But anyways, back to the exam.

She comes into the bedroom, and she put on a pair of black satin and lace thong panties. I noticed that her skin had a slight sheen to it, she had put on sunscreen, since it was almost summer. I love how her skin has that sheen to it when she puts that on. Since she was going to wear a bustier, she didn't need a bra. She put on the bustier, and I zipped it up her back. It was a tight black spandex like material, strapless, with built in underwire cups and lace trim. It was short, her belly button ring was showing. She then slipped on a pair of dark blue low rise hip hugger skinny jeans. She completed the outfit by wearing three inch high heels. She put her long strawberry blonde hair up in a ponytail. She asked me how she looked. I said if we don't get going right now we won't make it to your appointment! She laughed and said we'd better leave then!

We arrived at the doctor's and sat in the waiting room. We were called back by one of the two very attractive nurses that works there. She had my gf go to the bathroom to give a urine sample. Then she took her vitals, and had her remove her high heels for the height and weight check. Then she told my gf to remove everything including panties, and put the vest on with the opening in front. Then have a seat on the end of the table and use the drape to cover your legs, and I'll be back with the doctor shortly. She left and I told my gf too bad she won't be the one to examine you! She said I know, I'd like to be examined by her, too. My gf likes attractive women, too. She unbuttoned and unzipped then slides her skin tight skinny jeans down her lovely thighs and off, folds them and places them on a chair in the corner. I unzip her bustier, and she places that on her jeans. Then she slips her thong panties off and places them on top of her bustier. She used to put her panties under her clothes, but at her last exam she put them on top. I asked her why, and she just smiled and said because I know you like seeing my panties, so you can look at them while I'm being examined. She put the paper vest on, opening in front, and sat up on the end of the exam table. I love the sound of table paper crinkling. The vest was short, I could see her belly button piercing, a small hoop with a small diamond on it. She looked so sexy in just that vest and nothing else. She then covered her legs with the small paper drape. It only came down to mid thigh. I wanted to take her right there, with her feet in the stirrups, and she knew it. She said too bad we can't do a quickie on this table after my exam, but we'd probably take too long and be too loud. I told her I'd be willing to try! Just then there was a knock on the door. The doctor and that hot nurse came in. The doctor went over my gf's medical history, asked her how she was doing with the IUD, and asked her if she had any concerns or questions. She said no, and the exam began.

He started with the HEENT exam, felt the lymph nodes in her neck, and felt her thyroid. He took the little rubber hammer and checked her reflexes on her knees, ankles, elbows, and wrists. Then he opened her vest to listen to her heart and lungs. He ascultated her lungs from her back, then had her put her hands behind her head for the breast exam. He started in her arm pits and worked his way around her breasts in smaller and smaller circles until he got to her nipples. He lightly pinched them, checking for discharge. He then had her lie back, pulled out the table extender for her legs, and had her place her hands behind her head again, and repeated the breast exam. He listened to her heart again lying down, then closed her vest. He lifted the vest up to just below her breasts, and pushed the drape all the way down to just above her mons. He ascultated her abdomen, then firmly palpated her flat and very firm abdomen from her ribcage all the way down to her pubic bone, feeling every square inch of her abdomen. He then pulled the vest down, and pulled the drape up to her waist. He told my gf now for the last part of your physical, the dreaded pelvic exam. My gf said oh boy, stirrup time! We all laughed, especially the hot nurse. She said I wish I could have that sense of humor about my annual exam. I started to imagine her in the stirrups, being thoroughly examined vaginally and rectally. Her scrubs were on the snug side. She had a nice body, a pretty face and long blonde hair in a ponytail. My gf was checking her out, too. The doctor pulled out the stirrups, and the nurse started to get the tray of instruments ready. The doctor told my gf to slide down the table, and place her feet in the stirrups. She slid down and he helped guide her heels into the stirrups. He pushed the table extension in, and told her to slide down some more. She slid down until her butt was just over the edge of the table. She had her knees together. The doctor then elevated the table to about 30 degrees, so she could see what was going on. The doctor went down to her closed knees, and told her to let her knees fall all the way open and relax. My gf is very flexible, so she spread her legs obscenely wide. He then pushed the drape up to her belly button, exposing her thighs and abdomen, and switched on the lamp and shined it between her legs. What a lovely sight to behold! The slight sheen of her skin from the sunscreen combined with her tan made her skin glow. Her well toned and firm abdomen, thighs, and calves showing how fit she is, and her perfectly shaped firm ass and curvy hips turned me on big time! And her bare and smooth vulva and mons, just waiting to be examined. Her labia minora are small and a healthy pink, she has the prettiest vagina I have ever seen!

The doctor pulled on a pair of purple nitrile gloves, and sat down on a rolling stool and began the exam. He told her that he would perform the external exam first. He parted her labia, checking from the top down to her perenium, noting her recent clit hood piercing. He asked her when she had that done, and she replied about six months ago. He said it looks fine, no sign of infection. She has a small hoop there. It really enhances sex for her, and I love to use it to stimulate her clit. The doctor continued by inserting his index finger part way into her vagina, checking her Bartholin's glands, and then milked her urethra, asking her to cough to check for urinary incontinence. She had none. He then inserted his finger the rest of the way into her to check the positioning of her cervix. He then removed his finger, and told my gf the speculum exam is next. The nurse had run a medium Pedersen under warm water, and handed it to the doctor. He parted her labia, told my gf to relax, and slowly slid the speculum into her. He rotated the handles down, and told her that he was going to open the speculum, and she migh feel some pressure. He opened the blades, and locked them open. My gf looked a little uncomfortable, but she gave me a little smile to let me know she was okay. The doctor took a cytobrush and told my gf she might feel some cramping or slight pinch. He inserted it into her cervical os and rotated it around. She curled her toes and winced a little. The doctor then detached the brush from the handle and dropped it into a fluid filled vial the nurse was holding. She capped it, and the doctor told my gf that he was going to close and remove the speculum. He took one last look in her, said she looks very healthy and partially closed then removed the speculum. He said her IUD strings were intact and no sign of the IUD poking out of her cervix, so it's still in the proper depth of her uterus. He stood up, removed the glove from his left hand, switched off the lamp, and told my gf as he lubed the index and middle fingers of his right hand, that the bi manual exam is next. He told her to relax, and slowly slid his fingers into her vagina. She took in a deep breath and slowly exhaled. His fingers were all the way in and he rotated them around, feeling all sides. He then wiggled her cervix back and forth and front to back, asking her if it hurt. She said no. He then pushed up on her cervix, and she gasped a little. He asked her if it hurt, and she replied no, just caught me off guard. He said sorry, then put his ungloved hand on her lower abdomen and started pressing firmly down, feeling her uterus and ovaries. She winced a little when he checked each ovary, and he asked her if she felt pain. She said no, just uncomfortable. He told her that's normal, the ovaries can be difficult to feel, so he has to push down firmly to trap the ovary between his fingers and abdominal hand. He then slid his fingers out of her, and removed the glove. He started to put another glove on his right hand, telling my gf that since she has a retroverted, or tipped, uterus, he has to perform a recto vaginal exam to be able to fully check her uterus. She said I remember from last year when you gave me my first rectal exam. He lubed up his index and middle fingers again and told my gf to relax. His middle finger touched her anus, he said bear down as he started pushing his finger into her rectum, and index finger into her vagina. She let out a little gasp as his fingers went all the way in her as far as they would go. He swept his fingers back and forth, then pushed up on her cervix again, and placed his ungloved hand on her lower abdomen and pressed firmly down again, rechecking her uterus and ovaries. I saw her sexy well defined calves tense up, and her toes curl tight. She recently had a pedicure, and her shiny red toenails looked cute curled up. She was taking slow deep breaths, and tried to relax as best she could. He told her that he was going to finish with just a rectal. She looked a little surprised, and he said don't worry, I didn't find anything wrong. He removed his index finger from her vagina, pushed his middle finger as deep in as it would go, and rotated it 360 degrees, feeling every square inch of her rectum. He slowly slid his finger out and said all done, everything feels perfectly normal. He asked the nurse for a guiac card, smeared his middle finger on it, and the nurse dropped a solution on it. The doctor said no sign of blood in your stool, so you're all set. He told her she could slide back and sit up.

She pushed on the stirrups and slid back, and I helped her sit up. She pulled the drape down over her legs. The doctor went over the exam, and told her she is perfectly healthy. He said the pap results will be mailed to her in a couple weeks, and to stop at the lab on the way out for a blood draw. Those results will be mailed to her with the pap results. He asked her if she had any questions, she said no. He told her she can get dressed, and there were some baby wipes on the counter for her to freshen up with. The nurse gave her a pantyliner in case she spots from the pap smear, and they left. She puts the drape aside, hops down and takes off the paper vest. She cleans up with the baby wipes, and puts the pantyliner in her panties and pulls them up. She put her bustier on, and I zipped it up her back. I then put my hands on her bare ass and said you looked so sexy lying on that table with your feet in the stirrups, legs spread wide, being probed thoroughly. She said wait until we get home, you can reexamine me! I said we need to find a good used exam table with stirrups for home. She laughed and said good idea. She looked so sexy in just that bustier and black satin and lace thong panties. She squeezed into her skinny jeans, pulled them over that round firm ass of hers, and buttoned and zipped them. Between the low rise of her jeans and the short bustier, she was showing a good three inches of her flat, tanned and toned abdomen. She put her three inch high heels on, and we left the exam room as a teenage boy was walking by. He got a good look at her, and then saw the stirrups out from the exam table, and he knew what had just been done to her. He blushed and kept walking down the hall. She said I know what he'll be doing later. We laughed, and she went into the lab for the blood draw. After that, we stopped at the receptionist's station, gave them the paperwork from the lab, showed her insurance card, and we went home. I thoroughly reexamined her and had awesome sex. Between not having sex for the two days prior to her exam, so it would not interfere with the pap test, and seeing her get thoroughly examined, and seeing her in her sexy clothes, it was very intense sex. She has an appointment coming up on May 6 for a complete physical, including a pap and pelvic. I already have her clothes picked out, and I can't wait! I will tell all about it after her exam!

Thank you for sharing all of your experience... I would love to watch my GF get so many complete exams!!!

Great story. I was present for an exam many years ago, but it wasn't all that great. I look forward to hearing more

I've neverbeen able to talk my wife into letting me accompany her to one of her exams but she will tell me everything about the exam after the fact. Some of the detail I have to drag out of her but in the end it makes us both so hot that we spend the rest of the day in bed. I have tried to point out that it woud be even hotter if I was there to see it but she always backs down. and goes on her own. Any suggestions on how to get her to let me see?

My girlfriend had her physical with a pap and pelvic today. Here is how it went.

This morning my girlfriend got ready for her physical. She did the usual routine, took a long shower, shaved her underarms and legs, dried off and put moisturizing lotion on. It gave her skin a slight sheen, and it smelled good, too. She had a pedicure and a Brazilian wax a few days ago, like she always does before an exam. Her toenails are painted red. She keeps herself bare down there all the time, but always gets a wax just before an exam to make sure there is no stubble. She came into the bedroom to get dressed. I like to pick out what she wears to her exams. Even though we had the day off, I wanted her to wear her nicest work outfit. I had her put on a matching purple satin and lace bra and thong panty set first. Then, after a lot of convincing and pleading, she pulled on a pair of thigh high stockings. They were the "nude" kind that are barely noticeable, but make a nice sheen on her legs. She wouldn't normally wear stockings or pantyhose in the warmer weather, because she doesn't need to. She has tanned, well toned legs with flawless skin. But I've always wanted to see her examined in stockings, and she thankfully went along with it. She then pulled on a black, snug fitting, low rise hip hugger skirt. It is about three inches above her knees, and has a slit up the back. It is a rayon blend skirt, so it has a nice sheen to it. Then she put on a shiny white snug fitting short sleeve satin blouse that buttons down the front. It is short enough that it doesn't need to be tucked in. Between the low rise of the skirt and the short length of the blouse, she had just a hint of skin showing. If she was going to work, she would wear the matching black, snug fitting rayon blend blazer, but I decided to have her go without it. She completed her outfit with a killer pair of black three inch heels that have a strap that ties around the ankle. She put her long strawberry blonde hair up in a loose pony tail, my favorite. She had applied some light makeup that accentuated her dark blue eyes. She was absolutely drop dead gorgeous! I was already turned on to the point of taking her right there, but I knew the best was yet to come.....

We arrived for her appointment. Some of the men in the waiting room kept checking her out, especially a teenage boy that was sitting across from us. I know he was trying to see up her skirt. When she sits down with that skirt, it rides several inches up her thighs. Her thigh tops go all the way up to the very top of her thighs, so he couldn't see her stocking tops. She had her legs crossed, so he didn't get a free show. We were called back by the attractive blonde nurse that assisted the doctor with my gf's exam last year. She has a killer body, too, just like my gf. She was wearing pink form fitting scrubs, and she had a very nice butt. The nurse took her vitals, had my gf provide a urine sample, and then had her remove her heels for the height and weight check. The nurse then took out a paper vest and paper drape from the cupboard, and told my gf to remove everything, including bra and panties, and put the vest on with the opening in the front. Then have a seat at the end of the table and cover your legs with the drape. My gf asked if she could leave her stockings on, since they won't stay up very well if they aren't washed before wearing again, and the nurse said sure, I don't see why not. With that she left. I breathed a sigh of relief, I was worried that my fantasy wasn't going to come true. My gf said I hope you appreciate what I'm doing for you with the stockings, and I replied I sure do, and I'll show you how much later. She smiled and said you'd better! She unbuttoned her blouse and hung it on the back of a chair in the corner. She then unzipped her skirt and slipped it down her sexy legs and off. She folded it and placed it on the chair. She took off her bra and slipped her panties down her legs and off, and placed them on top of her skirt. She looked so sexy in just her stockings. I had her turn around a few times to get a good look at her round, firm shapely ass and firm curvy hips. She has a very flat and firm abdomen and small trim waist. She has 34B breasts, just right for her body. She works out with weights and cardio, so her whole body is firm and well toned. She has a belly button piercing and a clit hood piercing. She just turned 29, is 5' 8" tall and weighs about 120 pounds. Smoking hot is an understatement!

She put the vest on, sat up on the end of the table, and covered her lap with the little paper drape. It barely reached mid thigh. I could see the sheen of her stockings. Hot Hot Hot! Just then there was a knock on the door, and my gf said come in. In walked the nurse and a female physician's assistant I had never seen before. My gf and I see the same doctor, but he is difficult to see because he is the best one around our area and he's booked solid. So for physicals and such, his PA will often see his patients instead. She is much easier to book for physicals. But this wasn't the usual PA. I asked where the other PA is, and the new PA replied that the other one just moved out of the area, and she just started working there this week. She introduced herself as Katie, and shook our hands. I thought to myself wow, this PA is hot! I just had a physical last month, so I have to wait almost a year to be examined by this one! She is tall, about 5' 10", and about 130 pounds. She appears to be in her early 30's, has long auburn hair, blue eyes, and a nice figure, which was easy to see by what she was wearing. She wore a snug fitting low cut dress, that was a good four inches above her knees, high heels, and a form fitting lab coat. So here I was, my hot gf, a hot nurse, and a hot PA all in a small exam room, with my gf about to be thoroughly examined by that hot PA! I thought I was going to pass out!

Katie began by asking the usual questions, family history, etc. Then she washed her hands and began the exam. First was eyes, ears, nose, and throat. Then check reflexes, then open the front of the vest to listen to her heart and lungs. She listened to her lungs from her back, then had my gf put her hands behind her head for the breast exam. Katie took her time, feeling from under her arms to her breasts, making small circles until her nipples, which she lightly pressed between her thumb and finger to check for discharge. She then had my gf lie back and had her put her hands behind her head again and repeated the breast exam. She asked my gf if she does breast self exams once a month, and she replied yes. She asked my gf to perform one on herself so she can see her technique. She did and Katie said excellent, you are doing it perfect! She then closed the vest, tied it and pushed it up to just below her breasts, and pushed the drape down to her pubic bone for the abdominal exam. She listened to her abdomen with the steth, then began palpating her abdomen from her ribcage all the way down to her mons pubis, first lightly, then repeated it with deep palpation, asking my gf if she felt any pain. She replied no, and Katie said very good. She pulled the drape up a bit and pulled the vest down, but not enough to cover my gf's belly button piercing, a small hoop with a small diamond dangling from it. Katie said it's time for the pelvic.

She pulled out the stirrups while the nurse readied the tray of instruments. She told my gf to slide down and place her heels in the stirrups. She did, and Katie pushed in the table extender. She told my gf to scoot down some more, and she did until her butt was just over the edge of the table. She told my gf to relax and let her knees fall all the way open. My gf is very flexible, and she spread her legs obscenely wide. Katie pushed the drape up, exposing my gf's stocking clad thighs and sexy abdomen. She switched on the lamp and shined it between my gf's legs. The light made my gf's stockings really shiny, accentuating her firm and shapely thighs and well toned calves. My gf said I hope you don't mind that I left my stockings on, and Katie said no problem, as long as an article of clothing doesn't get in the way of an exam, whatever makes you comfortable is fine by me. In fact I have worn stockings to some of my exams in colder weather, they help keep my legs warm. My mind was blown away, seeing my gf like that and suddenly imagining Katie in stockings in the stirrups, I was going crazy!

Katie told my gf she will perform an external exam first. She put on purple nitrile gloves, sat down and began by palpating her labia from her clit hood all the way to her perineum. She asked about the clit hood piercing, my gf said there has been no problems. I had a good view of Katie's legs since she was seated between my gf's legs. Her dress rode up her thighs quite far. She wasn't wearing pantyhose or stockings, just silky smooth skin was showing. Very sexy legs! Katie then told my gf she is going to insert a finger to check her Bartholin's glands. She did, then milked her urethra and asked my gf to cough to check for urinary incontinence. There was none. Then she pushed her finger all the way in, checking the position of her cervix. She withdrew her finger, took the speculum the nurse had just run under warm water, and told my gf to relax, parted her labia, and slowly and gently inserted the speculum. She rotated the handles down, and told my gf she might feel some pressure as she opens the speculum. She opened my gf up, and I saw her stocking covered toes curl. Katie took a cytobrush and told my gf she might feel some cramping or pinching, inserted the brush into my gf's cervical os, rotated it around several times, and removed it. My gf winced as she did that, then gave me a little smile to let me know she was okay. Katie snapped off the brush into a fluid filled vial the nurse was holding, and the nurse capped it. Katie took a good look inside my gf and noted that her IUD was in place. She asked me if the strings bothered me during sex, and I replied no, I rarely feel them. Katie said that's good, then partially closed and removed the speculum.

She stood up, removed the glove from her left hand, switched off the lamp, and told my gf the bi manual exam is next. She lubed her index and middle finger and told my gf to relax. She placed her fingers at the entrance of my gf's vagina, and slowly inserted her fingers in as far as they would go. She rotated them 360 degrees, feeling every square inch. Then she placed her ungloved hand on my gf's lower abdomen and began feeling her cervix, uterus, and ovaries. First she wiggled her cervix back and forth and front to back, asking if it hurt. My gf said no. Then she pushed up on her cervix and pressed firmly down with her abdominal hand. My gf gasped a little. Katie asked if it hurt, my gf said no, just a little uncomfortable. Katie then checked my gf's left ovary, trapping it between her vaginal fingers and abdominal hand, and pressing down firmly. My gf's stocking clad calves tensed up and toes curled up tight. She winced a little and Katie asked if it hurt. My gf said not really, but it is pretty uncomfortable. Katie said that's normal, because the ovaries are difficult to feel, she has to press down firmly. Katie repeated on her right ovary, my gf winced again and her stocking covered toes curled up tight again, and her well toned calves really tensed up. Katie said all feels normal, and slowly slid her fingers out of my gf. She removed her glove, and told my gf that she is going to perform a recto vaginal exam, due to her retroverted uterus it will allow her to fully check her uterus. My gf said I know the drill, this will be my fourth anal probe, but who's counting! We all laughed. My gf has a slightly twisted sense of humor, which I love, because I do, too. Katie put on a new glove on her right hand, lubed her index and middle finger, and said relax your bottom. She placed her middle finger against my gf's anus, and slowly got her finger in up to her first knuckle. She partially inserted her index finger into her vagina, and in one smooth motion inserted both fingers in as far as they would go. My gf took in a deep breath and slowly exhaled. Katie swept her fingers back and forth, then placed her ungloved hand on my gf's lower abdomen and repeated the exam of her cervix, uterus and ovaries. She pushed down more firmly for the check of her uterus, causing my gf to wince and curl those cute little toes up tight again. Her stocking clad thighs even tensed up this time. Katie said almost done, just a rectal exam now. She removed the vaginal finger, and pushed her middle finger in as far as it would go. She did a full 360 degree sweep of my gf's rectum, checking every square inch. She then slowly slid her finger out of my gf's rectum. Katie then smeared her middle finger on a guiac card the nurse was holding, put a few drops of solution on the sample, and said no sign of blood in your stool. Mt gf said that's good, and gross at the same time. We all laughed and then Katie told my gf to slide back and sit up.

She pushed against the stirrups, slid back and I helped her sit up. She pulled the drape down over her lap. Katie went over the results of my gf's exam, said she was in excellent health, and told her to stop at the lab down the hall for some blood work before she leaves. Those results and the pap smear results will be mailed to her in a few weeks. The nurse handed my gf a pantyliner, in case of spotting from the pap, told my gf there's baby wipes on the counter to freshen up with, and she can get dressed. Katie said nice to meet you both, and she and the nurse left. My gf put the drape aside, and slid down from the table. That vest barely reached her belly button, and combined with her stockings, she looked incredibly sexy! Her abdomen was completely exposed from her belly button down to her bare mons. I walked up to her and told her to get back into the stirrups really quick. She did, butt over the edge, legs spread wide. I put on an exam glove, and did a quick bi manual exam AND a recto vaginal exam on her, just to make sure Katie didn't miss anything. I had to stop, otherwise I would have dropped my pants right then and there. She got up and took the vest off, cleaned herself up with the baby wipes, and put the pantyliner in her thong panties and pulled them on. She put her bra back on, stepped into her skirt and slipped it up her stocking covered legs and over her firm ass and curvy hips, and zipped it up. She put her blouse back on and buttoned it up, leaving the top three buttons undone to show a little cleavage. She sat down on the chair and put her heels on and tied the strap of each heel around her ankles. She stood up, and we left the exam room and went to the lab for her blood draw. We left there and went home, and I reexamined her a few more times and had awesome sex for the rest of the afternoon. I already am looking forward to her exam next year!

Awesome writings rabidbiker! Thank you for sharing You are a lucky man to no only have the mutual enjoyment out of the exam but also to have one done on her by a hot women with another one in the room too just for fun. I think that would overload my brain, but is a fantastic fantasy I have too. Thanks again for sharing your story and writing so well and detailed.

Yes thanks Rapid..... I'm sure the sex would have been awesome after so much stimulation 😃

Wow Rapid.... That was hot... I loved reading about that one... You certainly are lucky.. =)

Wow, nice and detailed

Very well described. The detail really makes it!

Thanks Rapid, quite enjoyable reading your gf's exam experiences. Love all the details, great writing.

My wife is in her 60s now but when she had her gyn exams I went with her to the exams. The doctor was her GYN for about 10 years when this happened.

We went to the appointment waited to be called, she was called in and the Nurse took her vitals then told her to get undressed. She told the nurse that she did not want a shaperone as I was there. My wife stripped naked then sat on the exam table and just put on the sheet they gave her. The doctor knocked on the door and she told him to come in. She told him that she did not like the gown and was it OK with him that he just examined her while she was nude. He looked a little surprised by said sure as long as your comfortable being nude it was OK with him.

He did the exam and then my wife started asking question sitting there in the stirrups nude he stood between her legs answering her questions. I was also at the foot of the exam table as always as this gyn always let me follow the exam as he was doing the exam on my wife.

He even let me see as he was doing the Pap smear.

This is how I found out the my wife really loved to be examined, but the real exam really made her nervious that the doctor may find something wrong with her.

After the exam and everything checked out all right she was very excited and needed to be serviced as soon as we got home. It was very tough when the kids were young, but where there is a will there is a way.

I told her about guys that were play doctors she had me find a few of them to give her exams usually every few months she ask for me to set it up for her but that is another story.

Thank you for the compliments, everyone. I enjoyed writing about my girlfriend's exam experiences as much as all of you enjoyed reading about it. It allows me to relive the exams everytime I read what I wrote. I really like details about physical and pelvic exams, so that's why I include so much detail in my writings.
