Dermatologist... Full body skin exam

The doctor eventually came back after I snapped some spicy pics of myself and did a fairly brisk exam.

I found out earlier this week that the female PA that I had been seeing at my dermatologist office has left and was replaced by a male doctor. Due to childhood trauma with my male pediatrician, I have a difficult time with male providers doing intimate exams - bordering on a panic attack. So I called the office and they told me that all of her patients will be transferred to the new doctor. I tried to explain my situation, but they said that their only female provider was not taking new patients. I said that I've been going there for years, but they said that if I changed providers I would be considered a new patient.

My appointment isn't until after the first of the year, but this has thrown me for a loop. I guess I'm in the market for a new dermatologist office now.

I've posted here several times about my experiences with my female dermatologists and her assistants. This post concerns my latest FBSE that I had today. It was my annual FBSE.

Not surprising to me a new assistant greeted me. Don't think I've ever had the same assistant twice. She was a middle aged frumpy type and not very friendly. She asked what my concerns were and I took out my list and told her. She said to strip everything but to leave my underwear on and she gave me a gown. As she left, she said the doctor will be in soon.

I've always been completely naked with my various dermatologists foregoing underwear and gowns. So, I totally ignored what the assistant said to do and I stripped and was as naked as a jaybird and waited for them to return. Minutes later they entered and the doctor said nice to see you again and I said the same. We then shook hands. The assistant did a double take on my nudity and my exposed cock, said nothing, but seemed to enjoy the view. She had a clear view of my cock throughout the exam.

I was semi erect during my exam. I’m sure they noticed, but nothing was said or done by either person. My doctor did a thorough exam which included my genitals and ass. I had several places frozen because they appeared to be precancerous. She and I talked at length as I was either standing or sitting completely naked for about 20 minutes. Doctor said all is good and to make an appointment for next year, but indicated that she was going to be reassigned and that I would have to see a different dermatologist. I asked her if she could recommend one in her practice and she did. I’ll be seeing Shelby next time. She then left and gave the paperwork to her assistant. The assistant completed the rest of the paperwork as I stood there naked. We chatted a bit and I think she really enjoyed the view. She gave me the paperwork and said we were all set and to get dressed.

I find these experiences to be very erotic but I act totally unfazed. I really enjoy that there is a new assistant every time. Can't wait for my next FBSE next year with a new dermatologist. In the meantime, I can't wait to see my female urologist next month. Lots more touching for that exam as I’ll be having a cystoscopy and there will be several assistants around.

Next year will prove to be VERY interesting. Your derm doc established a nudism relationship with you, and we all know that derm docs are all different, just as patients are all different, including different fetishes. Your next derm doc may or may not get a nudism heads up from your derm doc. So how your new one will react, especially with the given new asst., right?

I checked out the profile of the new derm that I will be seeing next year. Younger and cuter than my current derm who is pretty hot. My previous derm, prior to my current derm, thanked me for being comfortable in my skin and said it made her job easier examining me completely naked with no coverings. Next year I plan on ignoring whatever the assistant says regarding stripping and her requested coverings for the derm's exam and I will strip naked and approach her naked to shake her hand and introduce myself when she and the assistant enter the room. I suspect that seeing how comfortable I am being naked will set the tone and she will proceed just as my last two derms did. Otherwise things could get awkward really quickly.

Several weeks ago I posted (#743) about seeing a dermatologist for my first time. She froze a few spots off and asked if I had anything in my genital area to which I replied no. Butt, as my luck would have it, just a few days later I really threw my back out and the only position that wasn't extremely painful was in my recliner. I spent over 3 solid weeks 24/7 in that chair and have now developed bedsores (pressure ulcers?) on my inner cheeks near my anus where apparently my butt-bone protruded hard enough against the seat. The back pain is nearly gone and I'm now able to get up and around once again. So now I'm contemplating stopping at her office tomorrow to see what she suggests. Hopefully she'll have a moment and want to examine me more closely this time. Luckily I've never been bothered with hemorrhoids despite all the attention my old hole has enjoyed over the years. I used to have to buy tubes of Preparation H by the handful for my old friend who suffered terribly from them as well as from constipation.

Had my first appointment with my new derm. She's definitely not as shy, though by the end of the exam I was completely naked on the chair and she wasn't really maintaining eye contact, which was kinda funny. Her eyes would look anywhere but at me.

Still 0/2 on genital checks, which surprised me. I would think the T in TBSE meaning Total would mean *everything* is checked for the sake of safety.

@Swept0403 Thanks for the recap. If your dermatologist had you get naked, then why didn't she check your ass and genitals? Did she ask if you wanted her to check? Next time ask your dermatologist to check your ass and genitals.

The first time I saw my female dermatologist I told her I wanted a full body check. She asked if buttocks and genitals were to be included. I said yes. So at the appropriate time she asked me to remove my boxer shorts and stand naked in front of her. My exam is twice a year and I always end up nude.

@computerstation I like the NP so I'm not willing to push it. She does good work. And she 100% checked my butt lol. Just skipped the genitals. She actually found something on one of my cheeks I was previously unaware of, and was checking the same spot I'd previously had blasted with nitrogen that was maybe an inch from my hole, and the only way to really see it is to spread the cheek so as to expose my asshole.

If my summer goes as planned, genital checks will become more of a regular occurrence for me. I'm hoping to hit a nude campground for a few days and with my buck fifty being exposed to the sun's rays, they'll likely become regular subjects of my check.

My next TBSE is in March, so I was thinking..

The actual exam takes between 3 1/2 and 4 minutes (providing no issues are found). The exam ends with me standing nude for the genital check. I'm considering setting a phone timer when Dr G knocks on the door. Then leaving the phone on my clothes in the corner of the room. My hope will be, having the timer ring like a phone call right when I'm nude for the genitals check, and I'll step away to "answer" the phone while nude. Then walk back to finish the exam.

Any thoughts?

Just had my annual full body check a week ago .

This time the assistant came in, she was probably 30 ish, she introduced herself and said that she was going to perform the full body scan and afterwards the Doctor would come and confirm.

She said please remove all your clothes but you can leave your underwear on, I will be back shortly.

When she returned the exam was pretty normal with on exception, while I was standing and facing away from her she hooked her fingers in the top of my underwear and asked “may I have a Quick Look?” I said yes, she pulled the elastic band and just looked straight down, I really found it kind of exciting but it seemed like it was so quick that all she saw was a look from the top of just my butt crack and cheeks, it was not very thorough.

I went two weeks ago. it was the first time in a few years. She was very thorough, but didn't find anything of concern.

I went to see a dermatologist once when I was younger, and once she finished checking my chest, she undid my pants a little and pulled them down a bit to check my stomach. Then she had them taken all the way off and she looked through my pubes, then examined my penis and testicles and everything. It was rather in depth and I was pretty surprised lol. When she was done with that, she had me flip over and she examined my back and my buttocks as well, spreading my cheeks a bit to get a good look.

My dermatologist just checked mostly what she could see but she's super cute.

6. Last year I was able to take advantage of circumstances and remain nude throughout the exam. But how to repeat? I decided to just kind of go for it. Clearly my derm is not bothered by my being nude, but I didn't want to presume. Since we had never explicitly discussed the last appointment I didn't want to shock her.

When we got to the room the nurse did the usual questions and took out the paper gown. She unfolded it and shook it out, so it was already going in the trash after; I didn't have the excuse of not wasting it. She also said "get undressed and here's the gown." This was an entirely new person, younger, and she didn't mention underwear one way or another. Also, in the exam room I had for this latest appointment, it is rather small and the table is pointed at the door. I didn't want to skip the gown and be sitting on the table so that the dermatologist would be 2 feet from my dong as soon as she opened the door. I also didn't want to stand in the corner and "hide" while naked.

I decided to put the gown on, but take it off for the exam. When the derm came in she said hello, have a seat, and started with the small talk. I just slipped off the gown, tossed it on the chair and sat down nude. After that was a completely typical exam. I have written about her method in other posts (laying down, feet to head and then flip).

At the end I sat up and asked a couple of questions. We had the conversation with me nude and she seemed perfectly fine. I was definitely fine.

Well, your full body skin exam was a lot different then mine. I actually had my first one yesterday. I was diagnosed with a carcinoma 3 months ago, and so I am now on the three month skin exam regimen. --- So, the big question was, whether or not to wear underwear to the appointment. I'm a bit shy (passive), so I didn't have the nerve (courage) to show up commando. My MD dermatologist is a very young, compared to me every one is, and pretty (aren't they all) woman. Her assistant (also young and pretty - dammit) told me to sit on the table, undress everything except my underwear, and cover "myself" with the towel (a large, folded-up paper towel thing, about the size of a beach towel). I did as asked, but the whole time was asking myself, "am I glad I wore this underwear?" (baggy white boxers). The Doc and her assistant came back in. She started at the top of my head and worked her way down, past my shoulders, using her little magnifying glass thingy. While she was examining my face area, I couldn't help but staring at her eyes, nose, and cheeks, noticing how perfect they are. I don't know if she's married, but if she is, her husband obviously married-up. Anyway, once she finished examining everything but my "waist area", she had me stand up and "face the wall". I did so and she checked the backs of my legs and peeked inside the waistband of my boxers. Nothing further, just the waistband area and maybe tops of my cheeks. Then she had me turn around and did the same in the front, careful not to examine any further than the waistline. Overall, the experience was very professional and no more intrusive than was necessary. I was totally impressed with her professionalism, BUT...!!! maybe next time when I move to a new area and have to find a new dermatologist, I'll get a "bad one".

I went for an annual full body skin exam at my dermatologist’s yesterday. I was called back by an attractive young assistant, who told me she would be assisting during the exam. She was very friendly as she did a review of past issues and asked if there was anything new to report. I replied there was not.

In the past, I was instructed to take my underwear off only if I wanted my genitals examined, which I did. This time, she told me to change into the gown on the table, and underwear was optional. I missed hearing the phrase “Take everything off”! She told me they would be in soon and left me to undress. After a 20-minute wait sitting on the crinkly paper on the exam table, the assistant and the PA came in. The PA was the same one that examined me last time, an attractive 40ish woman. She preferred to be addressed only by her first name, R**, and I greeted her as she entered.

We exchanged pleasantries as she started looking me over, starting with my head and neck. I had not bothered to use the belt to tie the gown closed, and she quickly took advantage by slipping the gown down to my waist and checking my entire upper body, both front and back. She pulled the gown up, and asked me to step off the table, and face away from her (and the assistant) as she had me lift the gown up to my waist, exposing my buttocks. I couldn’t see the assistant, but I knew she had a nice view if she chose to look. I was waiting for R** to spread my buttocks but she never touched me. She dropped the gown and had me return to the table on my back.

Then, with a poker face, she said “Since you removed your underwear, I assume you want your genitals examined”? I’m sure it didn’t matter to her one way or the other, but she smiled when I nodded yes, and she lifted the gown up to my waist. She then quickly examined my penis and scrotum, manipulating these body parts with her hand so she could see everything. While she was doing this, I told her that since I was a social nudist I thought it prudent for me to be checked there. With her hand still holding my penis, she gave me a big smile and told me to make sure to reapply my sunscreen often! She then released me and lowered the gown. She removed her gloves, and said “That’s it…see you next year”! and left the room. The whole exam did not even take 5 minutes.

I had not been able to see the assistant the entire time, and I’m sure that was by design, as she couldn’t see my genitals, either. I sat up, and noticed her mood had changed. She gave me a scowl as she handed me my checkout paper, saying they would schedule my next exam at the front desk, and to have a nice day. I guess she didn’t approve of my being a nudist!

Yes, but it was done only with the participation of me and a senior skin specialist. It was uneventful.

I didn't write up last year's visit because it was uneventful and my underwear stayed on.

Today's visit started with me being called back to the exam room by a young blond female medical assistant who asked me questions and then said "Everything off except you're underpants" - there is something about the word "Underpants".

I stripped down to my black tight boxer briefs, I previously wore briefs. The doctor came in just a couple minutes later with the medical assistant and started the exam. It was almost exactly the same as 2 years ago because I expressed some concern about a spot under my scrotum again.

Aftet checking head and face and then laying the adjustable chair/table flat she checked the front and when she got the the underwear, instead of just stretching it around to look here and there like she did last year, when they stayed on. She then asked me to pull my underwear off.

I wonder why she stopped, mid sentence, and changed it to a request, I wonder if somebody complained or another reason. It was very different when she pulled my underpants off me instead of asking me last time. So I pulled off my underpants and held them in my hand and I was laying there on the exam table in the center of the small exam room completely naked.

Then when she examined my genitals she was much more hands on this time, more than 2 years ago, she repeatedly moved my penis and balls around from side to side kind of roughly with her hand palm down on top of my penis and balls, it lasted about 10 seconds. I started to grow and I was leaking by the time she was done. Then she said everything looks good you can put your underpants back on. While I was putting my underwear back on, sitting on the flat table, she put on new pair of gloves.

She then completed the rest of the front exam and had me roll over onto my belly so she could check my back. She pulled my underwear down to look in my ass crack, and finished the back exam. She took her time then said you look good I'll see you next year.

All in all a great appointment but once again probably only because I expressed concern but something in the area under the "Underpants".

The best thing about this doctor is that it's not at all awkward when I was naked, she's cool with it.
