Dermatologist... Full body skin exam

@roscoe,

Looked at your pictures! My husband was here looking at the picture you posted. He broke into tears seeing that airplane dusting with DIOXIN. Imagine many other men and himself being dusted with the rest of their lives.

I appreciate your post!

Gwen

I recently went for my annual skin exam at the dermatologist. A new female doctor this year at the same practice. I got to the room and the assistant handed me a gown and told me to take everything off except my underwear. I did and sat on the table. A few minutes later the doc and assistant came in and the doc started the exam. She had me lay on my back and started with my hair and face. The she had me sit up and took the gown down in front and examined my chest, etc. She had me put the gown back on and lay down on one side. She examined all of my back including pulling my boxers down and pushing the leg area up. Then she had me turn over to the other side and did the same thing. The exam ended with her freezing two areas.

I just wonder if she is going to pull my boxers down and push up the leg area, why doesn't she just me take off everything and just be in the gown. Then she would have complete access and not have to bother with trying to pull them down far enough and push up the leg area far enough.

@Buttshotlover You didn't say anything about her examining your genitals. Maybe the reason for the underwear being left on is you never have to feel like you're baring your genitals.

She did not examine my genitals.

I have had a few Dermatologist full skin exam most didn't include private areas. One day I had to switch doctors. I was scheduled to see a female Dermatologist thought visit would be like the others. This time I go back to room with nurse. She asks me information and then said take everything off put on gown. I knew then this is going to be a complete exam. I got undressed put gown on waited for 10 minutes. The female dermatologist comes in and says let's have a look. She started with my head looked there. She said now I need you to remove your gown. I was hesitant, but did as she said. I am now sitting there completely nude. She slowly checks my body. My stomach, my back, arms, and legs. Next, she said stand and I need to check your front privates for anything. I stand she looks and says that I had a weird spot on my testicles. She said to lay on bed spread my butt cheeks and looked over butt real good. She the said everything looks good except we need to remove spot on testicle. She left came back with can of freeze. Began to remove the spot I had. It didn't hurt but I felt awkward having female work on private parts for so long. She finally said all done you can get dressed. That is my best experience at Dermatologist.

I recently had a full body skin cancer screening. I had a carcinoma in the past so, even though the doctors tell me to see them only once a year, I've taken it upon myself to go every six months. I go to two different locations: one at a small office with a single doctor and the one I went to this time at a larger practice with several providers. If you've read any of my past posts you'll know I've had a string of good visits. I had some ideas of how this one could continue my run of good luck, but I wasn't sure what was going to happen. I now enjoy everything about the visits, thanks to posting here and examining my own thoughts about the experiences.

One thing I like about going to the "big" office is that even though I've recently seen the same Physician Assistant, her assistant and the other staff are usually different each time. The staff is all, or almost all, female as are most of the patients. As always, I was nervous with with excitement and also little concern about any skin cancer problems that might be found. I arrived early so I would have time to relax and calm down before my visit. It also gives me a chance to see the staff and patients. I found a good location to sit and observe. Several females came in and one sat near me. She wore very short and tight shorts. Based on previous visits I thought I knew where to sit so I was close to the door where I would be called back for my exam. A Medical Assistant came out and called a name but no one answered. I thought this might be the assistant that takes me to the back. I hadn't seen her before. She was tall and one of the most attractive assistants I've seen. And it turns out I was right. After a few minutes she called me next. So exciting for me to know that she sees me fully clothed in the waiting room and in several minutes will see me at some level of undress.

She was very friendly and led me to the exam room. On the way, I saw the Physician Assistant who would do my exam sitting in another room. Once inside the room I remained standing and the Medical Assistant asked if I had any areas of concern. Then she said that I can take everything off and drape the paper sheet across my lap. Wow! I hadn't been fully nude at this office since my first visit 15 years ago. Like most medical offices, they seem to be more concerned with perceived modesty than thorough exams. If I had any spots around my genitals I certainly would have brought it up, but since the other doctor I see at the "small" office does a fully nude exam I've been content with what I get at the "big" office.

As with my two previous visits to this office, I wore tight briefs since I like the feel of them and being able to show off if I'm not going to be fully nude. But I happily discarded them this time and stripped down. I was very excited (mentally...not down there...haha). This PA had never seen my private area. While I waited I thought about why the sudden change in procedure. The PA knows I'm very comfortable getting undressed, so maybe that helped. And it was also odd that last time another change took place when instead of flipping over on the table and having her check my backside, she had me stand up in just my briefs. I wondered if she would have me stand up again this time being completely naked.

The PA and the assistant came in and just like every visit time seems to move so fast that it's difficult to appreciate and enjoy it all until afterwards and especially as I write it down. The PA was friendly and remembered me. She is also attractive and since neither of them wore masks it was nice to see facial reactions during the exam again. This time she had me lie back on the table and started the exam with my feet. I think this also was a first for any exam I've had. Although I did like being able to see them both as I was examined. The assistant stood on one side about halfway down the table observing the examination. And I realized that she didn't even have a tablet with her to take notes. Years ago, the assistants sat with a desktop and logged the information the doctor or PA gave them. They were usually never in a good position to see much of me, but some seemed to make an effort. Then when the offices switched to tablets, the assistants remained standing and had much better views of me especially when my genital area was examined.

The PA continued the exam going up my leg and I could feel the sheet pull away so that I might have been somewhat exposed to her. In my previous visits with this PA, the most she would do was briefly lift my boxers for a quick glance but not seeing much down there. So I wasn't sure what would happen this time, but to my surprise when she got up to my chest she pulled down the sheet exposing my genitals. AND, I felt her move my penis as she looked around. This was just as good as the other doctor I see. I was shocked at the thoroughness of this exam. It was great! And the assistant saw it all not even bothering with a tablet and false modesty. In my position on the table I couldn't see the PA examining me in that area but I did look at the assistant and she stared straight at my penis as it was exposed. No facial reaction from her but still very enjoyable to me, as I've discovered I enjoy seeing the assistants as they watch me being examined.

The PA then did a more thorough exam of my face. It felt good as she ran her fingers over my face and forehead. I had her check a spot on my scalp and she had the assistant retrieve a piece of equipment from another room. Nothing special while we were alone but I like having the door opened in case anyone might be able to see me. However, the exam room is not on the main hallway so no one walked by as far as I could tell.

Next, the PA had me turn over on the table as she and the assistant held the sheet up. This was also a first at this office, as every other visit even with other PAs I turned myself under the sheet without either of them lifting it up. So much for standing up totally nude. Oh well, still a great visit so far. I turned in the direction of the assistant as I like to try and give them another frontal view, but she and the PA held the sheet too low for her to see anything. As the PA examined the area around my buttocks she moved the sheet a little from below and then on top, never fully exposing me.

The PA said everything looked good and the exam was over. I turned over again but the PA was on her way out of the room. The assistant said "you have perfect skin" and opened the door as I slid down the table not realizing that I would fully expose myself as I stood up. The assistant didn't see anything as she walked out of the room. But the door was open for a few seconds and another assistant walked by. I don't think she saw me as she appeared to be looking straight ahead but it was still thrilling to be in that position.

I got dressed and noticed a wet spot on the sheet on the table. Even though I always remain flaccid I do usually manage to “leak” a little. As I left I saw the assistant who had been in my exam room in another room. She smiled and said to have a good day. I can't help but wonder what they think and maybe even talk about after that exam is done. Another great visit. Afterwards I looked up the assistant's name and saw pictures of her and realized how gorgeous she is. I also saw the PA's resume and it listed her medical training including physical exams as well as prostate exams. I might have to ask for one of those next time!!!

Have had fbse by a female PA for over ten years, usually annually, but was every six months for a couple of years as different moles kept turning color, all benign. Once had a skin “incident” on one ear, frozen off. Since first appointment the assistant who takes me into the exam room has given me a gown and suggested I can leave shorts on. Always I have just taken everything off and put gown on; much easier that way. There are a series of natural but mildly irritating skin tabs that will need removing on annual visits; when first done, six years ago, an assistant observes and assists. Otherwise it is just me and the nice lady PA. I am very comfortable being fully nude in front of her as she does a careful exam including the crotch. I do trim back most pubic hair before the visit so any problems are easier to view. Sometimes I do wonder how many other men are her patients and whether she sees many male genitals through her day's work. Next visit I plan to ask her how she got started in dermatology and if she enjoys the practice. She is in mid 30's and I am in mid 70's.

As some of you may know from my previous posts, I am not a big fan of nude physical exams. That said, I think skin for skin exams it makes complete sense. How can you examine all of a person’s skin if it is covered. I do prefer stripping down to my boxers first though. Then drop them for the nether region exam. However, for my first exam she did not check ’down there’. Just a quick look nearby by lifting the boxer legs to check what she could see.

her assistant and the other staff are usually different each time.

When I go for my appointments in my doctor's office it seems she never has the same assistants either.

The derm I went to was in her 30s also maybe close to 40. She started out as a veterinarian then went back to school to become an RNP specializing in dermatology. The assistant who led me in told me to strip to my underpants and asked if I wanted a gown as those would be coming off soon. I said something like "why bother". The derm came in and first thing she said was take the underpants off and sit on the table. I don't know why she had me take them off as she started on top of my head and only went to my belt line. She did look at something I had mentioned inside my foreskin but no further skin exam. This was my first visit ever in my 82 years on earth and I had mentioned that when making the appointment expecting she would do a FBSE. I left feeling “I shaved for this?”

In the waiting room I was the only male with about a half dozen females and in the exam room her assistant was female and one other female in attendance. She did a great job, just not as complete as I expected. I was completely comfortable with her and I didn't mind the others being there. I have another appointment next year and I am going to discuss the FBSE aspect with the office person this time. I made the first one using a computer program called ZocDoc that has a list of reasons to chose from but the only one close was “annual skin exam” so maybe that's why I didn't get a full FBSE.

My wife has an appointment now, I guess I was the guinea pig.

@roscoe it would be interesting to see how thorough they are with her in comparison to you

Her appointment is nearly 2 months from now and she wants me to be there. She is very uptight about about being naked so it should be interesting.

We do feel a connection with the derm because she lived one house away from us for a few years and she used to see me at my crossing guard post when bringing her boys to school. Of course at the time I had no idea she was a derm or that I was choosing her when I was looking.

I plan to contact the office to discuss my half a skin exam to see what I did wrong when making my appointment and to make sure next year I do get a full body exam. If I do that before my wife goes in it may make hers more thorough as she is in the same position as me. Neither of us have been to a dermatologist before now.

Since I had a couple sketchy moles removed from my back 4 years ago so now I get a full body check over once a year and she does check everywhere.

I have read posts with the question, “How do you get a complete skin exam?” Here is what I did on my first visit ( 5 or 6 years ago), with Dr. G., my new dermatologist.

I checked in with reception and was soon escorted to an exam room by a medical assistant. She asked all of the usual questions and took my blood pressure and temperature. I was instructed to removal everything except underpants. Then she handed me a gown and said I could "wear it or not...however you are comfortable" , and left the room. I stripped down to my boxers and debated on wearing the gown or not....then put on the gown, opened in the back, and sat in the exam chair.

In a minute or two there was a knock on the door and in came Dr. G. She was mid 30's, long hair, fit build, dressed in scrubs. With an energetic voice she said, Hi Mr. Computer, I'm Dr. G. She checked the spot where the basal cell was removed,( my former now retired dermatologist found the basal cell), and asked how the Mohs surgery went and said it has healed very nicely. Then she asked if I wanted a full body exam. I replied, yes and discussed my reading on once you have had a basal cell there is a 50-60% chance of getting another on your body. Also, how cells are triggered by sun exposure. I further mentioned other articles about what you should tell your dermatologist and then discussed parental history of basal cells, blistering sunburns and sun exposure. I also recapped the Journal of American Dermatology parameters of a more through full body skin exam once you have had a basal cell. Reason is, a basal cell found early and removed causes you no problem.

Then as my heart rate increased, I told Dr. G. I was a nudist. Told her my wife and I tan nude on our deck and also go to nude beaches. Without hesitation, she asked if I would like her to include the buttocks and genitals in the full body exam. I replied yes. She finished checking my face and neck then began my shoulders. I stated I did not need the gown and she agreed and removed it. She said some patients like to keep "covered up" and agreed the exam is easier for her without the gown. She finished my chest and asked me to lean forward in the exam chair so she could check my back. She then checked my arms, hands, legs and feet. Then Dr. G. asked me to stand with my back toward her and she lowered my boxers and checked my butt. She then said to turn and face her. Once again, Dr. G. lowered my boxers and checked all sides of my scrotum and penis. "You can pull up your boxers and have a seat in the exam chair". Dr. G. said I had a clean skin check. Needless to say, she did not miss a spot. But, good news....no basil cells. She suggested I come back in six months.

At my recent exam, the female dermatologist didn't look specifically at the genitals, but did have me stand up and face the wall while she pulled the gown back to check my bottom. She actually said, “I need to check your bottom now” which was a bit of a turn on, but it happened so quick, that it proved to be anticlimactic.

I had been getting rashes for several years. Legs, forearms, waist, back. I have 3 backscratchers. Doctor tried topical steroids, going off different foods. Scratch myself raw sometimes. I bit the bullet to see a dermatologist. The problem is that I’ve been a full time cross-dresser 8 years, and I can easily pass for a woman, when dressed. However with styled long hair, lasered facial removal, and hormonally enhanced boobs, I can no longer switch to being a man when I see the doctor. I call up the first woman dermatologist’s office for appointment, and explain that I’m a ‘transwoman.’ Is that a problem. Receptionist replies, ‘This is San Francisco. We’re trans friendly.’ Ok. I meet the doctor, 30-ish mousy woman in beige dress and lab coat. After introductions, the doctor. adds ‘Receptionist said you’re trans. Not a problem.’

For the exam, arms are already exposed; pulls up skirt, pulls up back of blouse to see bad back. Comments on raw back scratches, unhooks bra, looks around; examines more rashes on the waist. Only cancer in family is basal cell in the eyelid. She offers full body skin exam. I hesitate. She casually re-assures me again trans doesn’t bother her, that she just needs a chaperone. She lets me undress giving me a small sheet to ‘hold in front.’ She returns with the assistant who sits unobtrusively behind me. As she’s examining me she comments on the rashes, so the assistant can document the findings, all negative. I really feel embarrassed about my exposed chest. My boobs are really small; Asian females are often small. She feels them anyway. Checks the butt, legs, toes. “Okay, let’s see the rest.” Meaning the genitals. I take off the small sheet, exposing my small penis and scrotum. I’m finally stark naked. I feel extremely embarrassed, and not a little humiliated. The ‘woman’ who came into the office, from the neck down is exposed to be a male; tiny boobs, no narrow waist, slim hips, and male genitals—small ones at that. My penis has no skin problems. She rolls my balls, and mentions “testes 14 ml. right, 12ml left” “Lichenified skin upper inner thigh.” They depart, allowing me to dress. She comments, “I find my patients listen better when they’re dressed.”

When she returns, I’m fully dressed, adding nylons to my attire. She tells me that ‘We’ll probably never figure out what’s causing the rashes. Use ‘loratadine’ generic for Claritin. She asks if I noticed my testes have gotten smaller. With 8 years of hormones, yes. She wants to make sure I see the doctor periodically to monitor for estrogen side effects. She’s seen 2 patients who had strokes. The loratadine worked wonders. Within a couple days, no more itch. One month, normal skin.

I finally got one. I went to the ER 2 days ago because I had a pain in my back that was exactly like the one I had 27 years ago that led having a 6x cabg so I figured I'd take no chances. After doing several tests that came back negative they wanted to do a stress test and I had to be admitted over night. When I got up to the room they wouldn't let me get into the bed until they did a fbse. I already was shirtless for the ekg hookup. She told me to lower my pants then added, you might as well take them right off because I'm going to check everything. She did! I don't think she missed a square inch from my head to my toes. The only thing she didn't do was skin back my foreskin but the nurse who came for the “clean” urine sample took care of that later. I got the feeling the fbse was for the same reason the guy at valet parking looks your car over for any damage so you can't blame them for it.

Had my first one in 2 years yesterday. I had two growths that I wanted to get checked. One I knew was a skin tag but the other one is a recent discovery. I was given a drape and told to strip to my underwear with my shoes and socks off. After undressing, the doctor (female) came in with her assistant who was taking notes. She introduced themselves and I explained what I was there for. She first had me stand and she looked at my back and checked the growth which turned out to be a cyst and will be removed on Tuesday. She pulled out the waistband of my underwear and looked down at my bum. Then had me sit and looked over my torso, arms, hands, fingers. She saw the skin tag and said we can remove that today, then she checked my legs, feet, and toes. I told her that I’ve been noticing some flakey skin on my feet for most of the summer and tried moisturizer and that seemed to make it worse. She asked me if it ever itches and I said sometimes it does. She said that it looks like you have a mild case of athlete’s foot, and she prescribed me a cream to use after I told her that the OTC stuff I tried didn’t work. After that, she numbed me up and cut the skin tag off with a pair of scissors. She said that I was clear and to come back next year for another check, but if you see anything to give us a call and come get it looked at. Then I got dressed and checked out and made my appointment to have the cyst removed.

Some observations, the drape surprised me because I’d thought that I‘d get a gown but turns out that I much preferred the drape. I was also expecting to be asked if I wanted my groin/genitals checked because all of the research I’ve done said those areas should be checked. Further research showed that it‘s about 50/50 on whether dermatologists routinely check those areas or not. Also, the room was comfortable, I wasn’t cold, and the floor felt pleasant to walk/stand on barefoot. She was the third dermatologist that I’ve seen in my life and the second one to do a full body check on me, and I have no plans to see anyone else.

I have skin tags under my left armpit. The dermatologist told me most insurances don't cover their removal, and they'd likely grow back anyway.

Before I had ever gone to see a dermatologist, I had actually cut them off myself, and they did grow back.

Had my first full body exam yesterday and it encompassed after the preliminary questions related to my visit seeking care for skin rashes with the nurse saying she would return soon after retrieving my assigned Doctor. Once she departed I began to wonder as to why I wasn't given a gown or some manner of draping. Just moments later the two entered into the room and after preliminary introduction by my provider I next was asked to respond to most of the same I had earlier by the nurse as to what was my concerns that brought me there. I told of the specific areas with issues. Quickly I was told to stand and remove my shirt for front and rear viewing by her and the nurse also as chaperone and charting help simultaneously. Standing somewhat apprehensive I next was instructed to lower my slacks and turn facing the wall behind me for rear study. So now I am down to my white briefs feeling a bit of embarrassment with this exposure before these two ladies for the first time. With no advance notice given my last line of defense were now below my buttock cheeks where a rash existed. Suddenly asked to lean down with hands on knees the cheeks were spread for a brief examination followed by a order to turn for frontal check. Groin, scrotum, and penis touched as i'm almost gasping for breath. Told to redress she gave her assumption to me and two medicine scripts for filling. Very humiliating experience but also exciting. Fretter.

I have hundreds of moles but I went to see a dermatologist for a body rash. I thought she would say something about my moles but she didn't mention them. I brought up my moles to my primary care provider and she said I was only going to see the dermatologist for my rash. I assume because it was a referral only an exam relating to the referral was covered.

The doctor only looked at what was exposed at the back of the paper gown and also my arms and legs. She didn't spend long examining me. The assistant then took pictures of those areas using a tablet. They didn't take any topless or completely nude pictures even though the rash covered most of my body.

I would like to have a thorough full body skin exam at least once to get my moles checked and to experience what others have on this site. I'd feel really embarrassed to have pictures taken during a fbse and mostly wondering what the assistant is thinking.

@CassieST You should schedule a FBSE then, and definitely let the dermatologist know your concerns. I think one of their main concerns would be, do the moles grow in size or change shape or color. That might be one thing to take note of prior to going in for an exam, because it would likely become a point of discussion, in addition to how long you've had them, if they ever itch or bother you, etc.

I've posted here several times about my experiences with my female dermatologist and her assistants. This post concerns my latest FBSE that I had the other day. It was my annual FBSE.

Not surprising to me a new assistant greeted me. Don't think I've ever had the same assistant twice. She was an attractive, young black person. She was not very socialable. She asked what my concerns were and before I could answer, she said never mind, you can tell the doctor directly. Really? She said to strip everything but to leave my boxers on and she gave me a gown. As she left she said the doctor will be in soon.

I've always been completely naked with my various dermatologists foregoing underwear and gowns. So I totally ignored what the assistant said to do and I stripped and was as naked as a jaybird and waited for them to return. Minutes later they entered and the doctor said nice to see you again and I said the same. The young assistant did a double take on my nudity and my exposed cock but said nothing. I'm sure she's seen many black cocks and was mentally comparing my average white cock to the black cocks she had. She had a clear view of my cock throughout the exam.

I had a little bit less than a semi erection during my exam. My doctor did a thorough exam which included my genitals and ass. I had several places frozen because they appeared to be precancerous. Doctor said all is good and to make an appointment for next year. She left and gave the paperwork to her assistant. The assistant completed the rest of the paperwork as I stood there naked. We chatted a bit and I think she enjoyed the view. She gave me the paperwork and said we were all set and to get dressed.

I find these experiences to be very erotic but I act totally unfazed. I really enjoy that there is a new assistant every time. Can't wait for my next FBSE next year. In the meantime, I can't wait to see my female urologist next month. Lots more touching for that exam.

I have a full body skin exam every year (used to be every six months because I had a good bit of basal grown over the years I neglected it). Doctor looks from my scalp all the way to between my toes and everything in between including butt crack and genitals. I have had basal taken off my bottom. I did a lot of nude sunbathing as a tween/teen so I have a lot of UV damage.

Checking myself this week I noticed a raised and discolored skin area on the perineum, now I'm sure I'll be nude with thighs spread wide for her to check that.

Here is the link to pictures of that concern in a gallery, comments welcome. (I'm going to a real doctor soon so this is just for discussion not real medical advice).

https://en.zity.biz/index.php?mx=gallery;ox=showalbum;ax=12171

I think its another dermatitis not a skin cancer ma be psoriasis inversa, which i suffered from. I made an appointment to a dermatologist, who is specialist in dermatologic proctology. I was checked being in stirrups, naked from the waist down legs apart, laying on the back.

I recently had my annual TBSE “Total Body Skin Exam”, the newer term for full body skin exam in the dermatologists literature.

It was similar to the one last year linked here: https://en.zity.biz/index.php?mx=forum;ox=display;msg=1203733

(corrected, the following link was 2 years ago's exam: https://en.zity.biz/index.php?mx=forum;ox=display;msg=1119168 )

The biggest difference was that even though she usually likes to do genitals last so she doesn't have to change gloves, this time, because I had a concern in the area of the perineum/under the scrotum, I was completely naked near the beginning of the exam.

The assistant brought me into the room as usual, asked about concerns, and said “Everything off down to your underpants, do you want a gown?” I said no I'm good. So when the doctor came I started out in briefs. (I waited 25 minutes there in my briefs). She laid me flat and wben she got up to examining the genital area, she pulled off my briefs and put them on the chair and continued examining me with both hands, very hands on, moving my penis and scrotum and spreading one of my thighs out to get a good look, as I laid flat on my back nude in front of the same female doctor and the same female assistant as last year.

When she went lower to my legs, she asked the assistant for a paper gown that she put on top of my genitals still folded and then continued the exam. When the folded gown was about to fall off, she opened it part way and laid it acros my lap only. When I rolled onto my front for her to exam my back, she held the paper drape and spread butt cheeks. She was very thorough.

After the doctor did a small procedure on my back, she left the room and only the assistant remained. I sat up with he paper balled up in my lap, but wasn't sure if I should start getting dressed while the assistant was scheduling a follow-up appointment. After sitting awkwardly for a few seconds, I decided to get up and get dressed. I put the paper drape down and standing there naked, I took my briefs and started working on getting dressed. The briefs were inside out because of the way the doctor removed them, so it took longer than was comfortable with me standing naked . The assistant was clearly in an awkward spot too, so she turned around, as she went to the doorknob and said, “I'll just escape out the door so you can get dressed”.

It was as it should be, a good and complete exam.

I'll try and post some screenshots here:

@jme Out of curiosity, how old is your female doctor? I don't hear of very many doctors actually removing underwear themselves, of an adult during an exam anymore. So hot!

BTW, nice pics in your album!

Thanks. She's about 60. If you look at my posts (I think I've posted describing 5 of my TBSE from her) I've described how things progressed. She used to only move underwear around for men (and use a gown without underwear for woman, per my wife). But since I have had a few concerns around the genitals she got the message. She says, “I like to touch my patients and I help myself” she removes the underwear herself, she's very outgoing bubbly and in charge. I don't really think she remembers me from year to year but she gets the vibe of when and who is ok with it. Like last year when I said, “Thorough is better than modest” she agreed and added that the doc she trained with would skip ‘the bikini area’ and write that in his notes.

Another thing she usually says is, “I'll check your penis at the end of the exam so I don't have to change gloves” (although this latest exam she didn't wait and did change gloves) she always says “Penis”, not genitals or another less blunt word. She was funny at this exam saying, “Even though we all touch ourselves everywhere for some reason I think patients don't feel comfortable with me touching genitals and then using the same gloves elsewhere that's why I do it at the end or change gloves. ” Ironically, at this exam she changed gloves after the checking front genitals, but then when I turned over after she spread my ass looking for treasure there, she didn't change gloves.

, “I like to touch my patients and I help myself” s

If only they all felt that way

I’m a 45/M and had my yearly skin exam today. It was with a new female doctor, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I had to strip down to my underwear and wear the gown. Nothing seemed out of the ordinary until she had me lay on my stomach. She checked my back and legs, but then she pulled down my briefs and spread apart my butt cheeks and looked. Has that ever happened to anyone?

Oh yes, most certainly. There are descriptions of a skin-scan being conducted like this. Sometimes even without a gown, depending on where you live.
