Not feeling good today...

Hi all you doctors and nurses out there, especially those of you who like the HEENT and stethoscope stuff...here's a little question for you to answer, if you want:

I'm not feeling good today. Low energy, scratchy throat, and my stomach isn't really feeling 100% either. No fever. How would you examine a woman coming to your office today with those complaints? How would you have me dress for the exam and what specifically would you do to find out what's wrong?
