I like on my back - propped up slightly - gives access to masturbation while receiving

I like to start over my wife's lap and usually end up in the knee/chest position.

I use different positions depending on time available and the purpose of the enema.

For just a "quickie", I hang the bag on the shower rod, insert the nozzle and bend over and start the flow.

Sometimes I use the "Simms" left side position mainly for variety. Sometimes, I will take about a third of the bag, roll onto my back for another third and finish on my right side.

But my favorite is on my back with my butt raised a bit on a pillow, and the bag hung on the doorknob. This gives me the most thorough cleanout and if I do it right, it takes between 12 and 15 minutes for the bag to empty.

I do knee chest once in awhile, but since I'm a "solo" performer, I find it to be rather uncomfortable.

The on the back legs up position is my favorite too, but if all your boyfriend is doing as you fill is holding your legs up, you two need to talk! There are a number of nice things that he can do to you with fingers, lips, and tongue. Also, instead of just making you wait to expel, with you on the potty there are nice things you can do for him with your mouth to convince him to allow you to expel. 😉

I find on my back is easiest, left side first (1/3 bag) then flat until I'm pretty full. Then I roll right to finish to get the solution really high up. I hold for at least 10 minutes flat on my back so I can massage the cramping.

I start my enema patients out with a bulb or piston enema in the knee chest, followed with one or two bag enemas in the Symms position. Final enemas are given laying on the back, knees raised.

I tried once to do an handstand but I couldn't hold this position for the hole time. But it was pretty cool 😁

Like many others here, it depends what mood I am in, or what kind of enema I am taking. I like to lie on my stomach in the bathtub with 1 elbow propped under me so that my back is arched and there is no pressure on my stomach. (The pressure is a little lower), and this feels especially good coupled with butt squeezes!

I like on my back, knees drawn up, most often on the bathroom floor. I have a washable rug.

I like laying on my stomach with a pillow under my upper legs this gives my stomach room to expand, with the enema can up on the top of my dresser.

My favorite position, at least at the start, is lying on my left side on a leather couch (fully protected) with my belly just at the edge. This position give me access to my anus so I can easily fantasize that someone is giving me the enema. Imagining that a latex-gloved hand is spreading my cheeks to take my rectal temperature is compelling. Making believe I'm being told, after the thermometer is removed, that I need an immediate enema makes my penis quite hard. I've found that after taking a quart or more of fluid I can comfortably kneel (legs apart) on the couch with my chest against the couch arm and my belly hanging free. I took 4-qts that session. It was difficult and I haven't been able to duplicate that amount in a long while.

My enema position also depends on the nozzle I use. I have a greater

choice of positions if I use a retention nozzle like a double balloon

rectal catheter because I can keep both hands free. If I need to hold

the nozzle in place or if there is a liklihood of leakage I'm limited to

lying on my side (Sim's position) or on my back, typically with my legs

bent and partially raised. Now, if I'm being given an enema, my

favorite is the knee/chest so my belly hangs freely and my genitals are

exposed for the caregiver to stimulate (hopefully).

I find the simms position the easiest for my first one,m and then knee-chest for the next ones. i like to hang the bag about 4 feet off the ground and allow the enema to run in slowly without any interruption., i can usualy take 3 quarts on the 2nd or third one with comfort. use no soap, only warm tap water, with a little sea salt. if a partner is present (female) enjoy a little anal play and perhaps penal stimulation during the enema. nothing like an orgasm while holding an enema, and then intercourse with a partner who is also holding at least one quart. she will usualy have a very intense orgasm this way---particularly in the knee-chest position, with clitoral stimjulation from me.,

I find laying on my belly works best. You will have to find one to work for you everyone is different. But this means you will have to keep filling the bag over and over and trying enema after enema. After all have fun.

I like sometimes to start on my left side for a few seconds, turn on my back for a few, turn on my right for a little , than on my stomach. Repeat until bag is empty.

No two people are the same, some lie on their back some on side some on all 4s. Try different methods and see what works best for you.

For myself, I am most relaxed lying on my back. That position also lets me move my legs, arms, hands and fingers to where they can do the most good and gives my husband good access to all my parts.. 😁

I also love on the back..As a man it allows access to your penis and one can masturbate easier that way..you also can watch the enema bag empty its contents into your bowels that way.....Use the douche nozzle that comes with most bags its easier to retain....

I really like it best lying on my back. I like to see the bag as it empties and my hands are free for other important activities.

A paper covered GYN table with my feet an legs in sturips. I could than be fondled while receiving the enema. A catch pan undreneith would make it nice for expelling and clean up.

I prefer (when receiving) to be on my side, knees drawn up.. I've found this to be the most comfortable for me.

I have given using a bulb to my child over my lap. This seems to provide the most control.

I guess I’m the odd man out here. I always lay flat on my stomach so I can feel the pressure build under me. Sometimes I will place a rolled up pillow under my thighs to elevate the abdomen so I can take more. It feels great and makes a really good showing if I’m using a “rear view mirror”. Standing in the shower and leaning forward against the shower wall causes all my stomach muscles to relax. That way I can hold more than any other position. Also kneeling and leaning forward against the vanity causes the same results. I let my belly relax completely and spread my thighs apart. This allows for my lower belly to distend the most and the weight of the water is against your belly. The bag is about 1 foot above my head, the water runs in slowly but if this is the second or third in a session I can take a little over three liters.The key is relaxing your tummy. Getting up and walking around after your full is a unique experience both physically and visually.

My favorite position is on all fours, knees spread wide, and with the bag hanging behind me. I drop first to my elbows then to my chest as I get filled up. I also use the left side and flat on my back, legs up positions.

I too like receiving on my back with my hips slightly elevated. I have a hook on the headboard rail which is slightly above my head. I keep the flow very slow and take 10 - 15 minutes to inject 2 qts. It always feels wonderful and i can massage my colon while filling and also watch the morning news. It seems like I can retain this solution for a much longer period than any other position I have tried.

In the tub on my back. Its more relaxing with hot water in the tub, but its not needed.
