I was thinking about the story a friend of mine told about the girl that was impacted from swallowing a peach pit. Swallowing something that big? I bet it went in the bottom end, but she claimed she swallowed it. It took several 3H enemas (high, hot and a hell of a lot) to get it out, but eventually it did come out.
There are several ladies doing insertion videos, HoKinkyJo and Roxy Raye. They insert many things from silicon colon tubes to balls of various size in rather surprising numbers.... they all come out (on camera).
I think the biggest issue is panic, usually waiting is all that is needed, or an enema for more immediate results. Things like that peach pit with a rough surface could be more of a challenge, and people do get impacted on their own, like a friend of my wife's who went without a BM for 17 days. Now that is an interesting story,,,
She told my wife about her problem, not knowing Peg was into enemas (and as I found out later, it was taboo back then, liked girls more than boys).
This girl was bright scholastically, but rather lacking in common sense. If nothing else, after a few days she probably should have resorted to a laxative. But now she was hurting, but not wanting to go to her doctor (same woman waited until her third trimester before seeing her doctor to monitor her pregnancy!). So I guess that gives you an idea of where this woman's head was at, she hadn't told her husband either, in fact I am pretty sure Peg was the first one she told.
I'll never know how Peg did it, but she talked the woman into letting us help her! Peg told her she needed an enema, that she needed them occasionally herself, and that I got really good results with the enemas I gave. To make this even better for me, I had no advance knowledge, got home from work to find them waiting for me. A few winks from Peg and I was onto the scheme. So with Peg comforting her I told her I thought I could help her, but needed to perform a rectal exam, the woman had said she could feel it "right there" but not poop it out.
So with a lot of KY and a lot of encouragement from Peg I went to work. The hard mass in her rectum was probably bigger than anything most people here comfortably inserted, and I needed to break it up without doing any damage. With cooking oil, my fingers and a small spoon handle I finally managed break it up. I extracted a lot of very hard feces, and then used a bulb syringe and cooking oil to do a couple of enemas, and the feces that followed was still hard and impacted, and needed lots of digital manipulation to pass, but by then I could get small amounts of very warm soapy water into her, until finally a couple of two quart enemas got her cleaned out. She was pretty sore by this time but no longer suffering from the pain and terribly bloated feeling.
While I enjoyed every second of this, and it was a several hour long drama the end result pretty much indicated to me that, unless it is too extreme, or dangerous, like the fellow that inserted a glass Windex bottle, an enema, fingers, and lubricant is going to be all that is needed.
Peg, being my partner in crime on this, convinced the woman, who was in her early 20s at the time, to come back for a few more enemas until things were moving normally, so I got to give her quite a few more, about once a week for a while, or any time she went two days without a BM. Unfortunately she told some else about the enemas who told her she could give them to herself. However even one of my friends that is now into enemas, got hooked as a child, told me that it was several years after that first one when she realized she could do them solo.
Somy partners and I have had a variety of things up our butts, from balls of wet toilet paper to sex toys and silicone colon snakes. Anything that could break, was sharp, or too big to go in comfortably is going to come back out, probably on it's own or with some very pleasurable help with an enema and possibly from someone's fingers.
So far as ureatheral play and sounds, too much risk of infection, although I have let a kinky medical professional play with me a time or two. But, anyone who has had a bladder infection is propbably going to opt out!I
