I find that when a woman has never had an enema in their adult life, when they do they find out that they can have erotic sensations to their g-spot just like men who get stimulated in their prostate.

I think that maybe men are more open about it but I think there are probably just as many females and maybe more that like enemas. I know there are more men here but there are still a lot of girls open (pun intended) to the idea.

Biologically speaking women are equally as capable as men of experiencing anal stimulation as the nerve endings in the anus are the same in males and females. Additionally, while women have no prostate per se as men do, the periurethral Skene's glands are capable of experiencing the same "pressure" that men experience from anal penetration or even during a filling enema.

Anecdotally I believe that the majority of the members here are men because in general men are more open about sexuality of any kind. While the sexual liberation of women has helped, women in general I think are still more sexually inhibited and catching up to men, but even those who are more sexually liberated may have not reached the point of allowing themselves to experience anal pleasure. Overall I think it comes down to many old school beliefs that still exist and equate to "men who are highly sexual are studs while women who are highly sexual are whores". For me, I'm all about everyone being liberated and experiencing whatever sexuality they see fit. As William Masters once said, "normal sex is anything that can be done".

It always seems to me that there are more men into enema play than women. But I've been to a few colonic therapists and the majority of their clientele seem to be women. One in Philadelphia featured "cleansing parties". I think that was a bunch of young women coming in as a group for colonics. I don't know if they played with each other during the colonic or not. Hi. I may have joined two hours ago, but me and girlfriends have been reading your forums for over 10 years.

In my opinion , women are much more ' private ' with their enema activities as the procedure is a very personal activity for them and we as men must respect that . Most women are reticent when discussing the subject of enemas however I have ' broached the subject ' with many ladies over the years and they often talk in ' generalities ' as to the subject . Growing up I know that my mother took enemas, but also my brother and I both got them. I never heard any reference to my father getting them although that is not impossible either. My sister, aunts, girlfriend, and wife all preferred using a long-curved douche nozzle for enemas. I personally liked using a curved douche nozzle whenever I gave myself enemas, because it stayed in place better. When I swapped enemas with my sister or girlfriend, both girls preferred using a curved douche nozzle for both giving and receiving. Years later after I was married, like my sister and girlfriend, my wife preferred using a curved douche nozzle for enemas.

Not so sure about that. I was the one who introduced my now husband to enemas. They have been a part of my life since I was a teenager (long story). So as has been said, perhaps men are more interested in discussing this proclivity, but rest assured, there are many women who use enemas, enjoy enemas, and find something sensual/sexual about enemas.

Like I said in a previous post, regarding my sister, girlfriends, and wife. They all preferred using a long-curved douche nozzle when giving or receiving enemas. That was also my experience with the colonic hydro therapist I saw for a number of years. In conversations we had over the years, I learned that she had more women clients than men. Around half of the women brought their kids in for a colonic and gave them enemas at home. Women would discuss enemas more openly than most men. And of the few men that were open about enemas, they still weren’t as open as most women.

In my experience, women like it even more than men, they are just not open about it, also because when they open up on chats, they get generally assaulted by horny men. It was common for older women in the family to teach the younger ones how to prepare themselves for sex. Also enemas have been used forever for relief of menstrual pains. Women do it and enjoy it, they just keep it private, to be discussed only among close friends. I think women are more likely to admit to a friend that they use enemas, or these days colonics, but they will probably claim it is for health reasons which is often how it all started. I think only in an anonymous situation like here, will we admit we do it mostly for pleasure. Men on the other hand probably see the enema not so much as a health thing, but more of a sexual thing. It’s been my personal experience, whenever enemas were given at home a woman was involved. Grandma was a retired Registered Nurse and a believer in enemas for kids, teenagers, and adults. To that end, as preteens, she taught her daughters personally hygiene and how to be good caregivers. It included enemas, douching, and first aid among a variety of other things. Then, as young kids and our two aunt's preteens, they received practical experience taking care of us. Because grandma gave them the task of doing our evening bath, that included enemas and the occasional spanking. So, as we neared our preteens, the girls started letting our sister help, whenever they gave us enemas. Doing likewise for my brother and I a few months later. And mom wasn’t far behind her two younger sisters, doing exactly the same thing. And like our two young aunts, when we reached our preteens, grandma taught us personal hygiene and enemas became our personal responsibility. Afterwards, we started missing someone giving us enemas, so our sister suggested, we give each other enemas to scratch that itch. This discussion of women and or men discussing the subject of enemas and Anal Play. Like you, I received enemas from mom, grandma, moms two younger teenage sisters, my younger sister, my girlfriend, and a number of years later my wife.

I wouldn’t be surprised nowadays, particularly among some younger women, that they talk openly about gut health, detoxing and coffee enemas. In general, women are more focused on their own health, and I think we’re seeing an increase in the use of enemas among women in their 30s and 40s.

At least this is what I’m seeing on the Internet now. Women are admitting how they used to detest the thought of sticking anything up “back there,” but now they look forward to Saturday mornings and their coffee enema.

Like Vicki said, there seems to be increased interest in enemas by younger women these days. There sure is no lack of "How to do an enema" type things on YouTube and the like. And multiple Hollywood types admit they do it.
