Salt in enema

Frequent urination ruins the enema experience. Adding sea salt helps eliminate that.

From experience, adding a teaspoon of sea salt to a quart of warm water is sufficient to create a proper balance. This is what my naturopath also recommends to her patients. She also recommends using filtered or spring water when doing enemas. I never thought it mattered, but I switched when I began doing probiotics retention treatments, and my C-related digestive problems have not felt better in years.
