I suppose I can relate to many types of medical fetish situations and fantasies, though mainly be playing the submissive role, being examined by a doctor of either gender in detail.

One specific type of fantasy involves being instructed into the intricacies and many permutations of sexual play by a combination of older relative (aunt) who takes me (somewhat unwillingly) to a doctor and/or nurse for pre-sexual activity examinations and instructions. I think the main stimulus is the feeling of complete helplessness, having no say in what the nurse or doctress is about to do. This is amplified by a feeling of dependence; if you are confined to the bed you are utterly dependent on your nurses for everything. In my ideal scenario the nurse is kind and gentle, but also strict and in complete control. I imagine her in a traditional British starched uniform, and the starch is reflected in her personality. In short, she wants what is best for her patient, but she knows what is best for him and won't stand for any nonsense about patient choice.

The patient will be confined to bed. He may well be cathetered and hydrated via a saline drip. This means he cannot get out of bed without help...and permission. The bed will have cot-sides up to make sure the patient doesn't fall out...or attempt to get out of bed.

Like traditional nurses, she will take an obsessive interest in her patient's BMs. Any failure to perform will result in instant enemas. Medicines will be administered IM to the backside or by suppositary. Temperatures will be taken rectally. Pulses and BPs will be measured manually.

Sadly I don't think nurses like this exist anymore.

I think I might fit in several categories, though I'm still not sure what it is that I exactly like in Medfet.
