This is my current home rig in its white wall cupboard in my bathroom:
(♫) 2000 cc glass irrigator with white enameled tin plate frame (Tuscan made no-name aka Hartmann aka Boots aka Freda)
► Circa 1940 - my oldest piece of equipment, found at a flea market in Bologna. Original frame is stored away, I use it with a homemade halyard collar.
(♫) ± 6ft clear silicone hose (Klystra)
(♫) ratchet clamp (Qosina 25659)
(♫) clear plastic barb connector (Klystra)
(♫) 26FR 30 cm red rubber rectal tube (Rüsch) w/ transplanted head leaving only upper side hole)
► Heritage from late 1970s, still holding up well.
or
(♫) 30FR 60 cm clear silicone colon tube (Klystra w/ welded-on silicone twin side hole tip)
or
(♫) wide-bore 12 cm semicontoured rubber nozzle (homebuilt by turning the top section of a Rüsh 42FR red rubber rectal tube w/ shortened head leaving only upper side hole)
• 3000 cc translucent PP measuring/mixing pitcher (made in Italy)
• digital scale (made in China)
• scooping/stirring long neck spoon (made in Germany)
• plastic measuring cup (made in Italy)
• plastic kidney basin (made in Italy)
• asymmetric S-hook (homemade, zinc plated iron covered in vinyl)
• water-based lubricant (HR Jelly)
• chlorinated solution (Amuchina)
• natural sea salt (untreated, non-iodized, hand harvested from Sicilian natural reserve) in a glass/steel jar
• baking soda in a glass/steel jar
• soap (Dr. Bronner's unscented)
---------------------------------
Then my travel kit in its zippered pouch also stored along with the home equipment:
(♫) 2000 cc vinyl/PP/PE folding travel syringe (Safety Klister)
► Comes with hose, spigot valve, rectal and vaginal nozzles.
(♫) 32FR rectal tube (homebuilt from medical grade silicone tube w/ reduction tip and screw-on connector)
• S-hook, suction cup, shelf hook set
• zipper bag with about 20 reusable 9g packets of sea salt
• small packet of paper towels
• (another) scooping/stirring long neck spoon
• portable telescopic stand (Stitz UP-44)
► Actually stored inside my bedroom wardrobe.
---------------------------------
Other gear stored in a large plastic box inside my bedroom wardrobe:
• 2000 cc vinyl/PP/PE folding travel syringe (Artsana 2005)
► New - travel's spare, prepared and sanitized.
• 2000 cc vinyl/PP/PE folding travel syringe (Artsana 2005.0)
► Mom's heritage, still perfect, overhauled and sanitized.
• 520 cc plastisol bulb syringe (afety A908924513)
► Bought it many years ago out of curiosity, took a few enemas with it. Currently sanitized and stored away (clumsy, takes ages to clean, no fun without enemates).
• 2100 cc sit-on bag (homemade from Dr. Marcus hot water bottle and wide-bore nozzle from rubber faucet aerator over flap valve)
► Experimental, made to try out the action of a JBL-style bag before possibly purchasing the real thing.
• 2100 cc open+closed rubber enema bag (homemade from Dr. Marcus hot water bottle and Artsana connector/hose/valve array)
► The second one built in 2010 after the first one (2003) gave up due to inferior material - Works like a charm.
• 400 cc travel enema pouch (homemade from a Pedrini sac à poche w/ modified nipple cap and homemade 30FR silicone rectal tube)
► Retired - bought on impulse just to fulfill my imagination. Cclumsy and unwieldy but works.
• Higginson syringe (Rüsch Perfex long hose)
►It can be fully [7 parts] unassembled for cleaning and easy drying. Seldom used as such, mostly inline purely for pleasure.
• 26FR 20 cm rectal tube (Itala open tip without side hole)
► Heritage from mid 1960s, still in mint conditions.
• 30FR 18 cm rectal tube (homebuilt from medical grade silicone tube w/ screw-on connector)
• 20FR 40 cm Foley balloon catheter (silicone clad latex with small distal balloon)
► Nearly useless as a retention nozzle, with the balloon collapsed is actually a good colon tube.
• bat-shaped clear silicone soft nozzle (Silicone Nozzles CS18 Model M, 1/8" bore)
► Retired - poor head-to-stem proportions, floppy silicone, ill-cured material, wide burrs alongside moulding line. Tip flares too bluntly stretching my anus uncomfortably even with plenty lubrication.
• bat-shaped black plastic rigid nozzle (Klystra KB1)
► Retired - correct proportions but too long, too wide, unwieldy, bumpy. Currently waiting to undergo lathe-turning in order to resize both lenghth and width,
• red indiarubber hose w/ rolled end (Narang Mannesman-style)
► Retired - too-stiff rubber, grainy inner bore (hard to clean), starting to get brittle.
• red rubber ribbed hose (Klystra, made in China)
► Retired - too-stiff rubber. A short (± 10 cm) section currently fits the one way valve.
• one way valve (Klystra)
• ramp clamp (Oakton Keck)
• cam clamp (Klystra Kona)
• full set of plastic barbed connectors including Y-connector (Klystra, Medtech 3000)
• two- and three-piece collars for Italian style glass irrigators (homemade from halyard line)
• (another, older) scooping/stirring long neck spoon
► Mom's heritage, currently dwelling in the kitchen.
• various fittings, leftover nozzles, hooks, spares, scavenged parts
► Including outlet set and valve saved from my first travel syringe bought 38 years ago.
