My girlfriend is concerned about having anal sex to soon after an enema how long should we wait before anal sex??

I really think that having sex after you have expelled all of it and some people love to hang on to it until after sex so I really don't think there is a set time it is just when your comfortable

But to answer the question..... How long after enema can have "Back-Door" boogie; I would say that it depends on what is the average time it takes the lady to completely evacuate. Also it would depend how much enema volume. I have heard or read that not much enema volume is needed for a cleaning prior to anal intercourse; That just the rectum needs emptying rather than the entire colon.

the male should wear a condom to prevent getting a UTI. I'm speaking from experience!! UTI is not fun and if gets into kidney.... could be serious if not diagnosed early enough. I agree about using the time for foreplay some of the time. As most here say 30 minutes to an hour is a good rule, but it does vary with each person, the type equipment, volume, and so forth. We find the evacation is sooner if we use two quarts of warm salt water given slowly, and held for a bit using an inflatable butt plug nozzle. We use the time for other play and build up the expectation. If they step into the shower and wash themselves well after the initial evacation, and are then butt plugged you can do oral or other things before they go back to the bathroom....

As someone else noted it depends if you had an orgasm while having the enema.
