Okay, I'm surfacing here on this one.
First, thanks and a blessing to all of you. I'm happily long time married with a totally understanding and supportive wife, who sadly was not "schooled" as I was in the 40's and 50's.
I occasionally walk our dog, with my wife's' encouragement, as follows.
Fill a 4 qt. hot water bottle/combination syringe(available very reasonably priced on eBay) with water to which is added appropriate amounts of baking soda and salt (the dog in effect determines retention time, which can be long as she decides what she is going to do in her own sweet time).
The bag is connected within an inch of its stopper with the "force flow" bulb
(that is what Sears called it as I remember) now attainable from Optimal Health Network) which connects to a short, maybe 1 ft, tube long enough to reach the hanging down bottom of the double balloon silicon retention nozzle.
The enema bag is hung on a cushioned coller around my neck (front) and the nozzle inserted and inflated comfortably.
Then I put on sweat pants and sweat shirt, covering every thing up, and since it is winter, then a coat.
Now that I'm hooked up, We hook up the dog, flick the switch and out we go!
The squeeze bulb is under my clothes but can be squeezed with my hand in the coat pocket. (it is about level with my waistline.) The bulb is of course necessary because the enema bag is not high enough to work gravity flow. (or at least in a reasonable amount of time.)
Walking and squeezing regularly means all of the enema is in about the time it takes to walk around a city block. There is something about the walking, the erotic experience etc. which makes taking the whole bag (relatively) easy. But I really look forward to that audible noise when bulb finally empties the enema bag.
As for retention time, I am a happy victim of the dog. Believe, there are times when I sure can't wait to get home.
