Welcome to the colon therapy club. I have been doing colonics for 50 or so years. During this time I have had just about every type of colon therapy or high enema equipment used on me that was actively at that time.
One of the best colon therapist that I went to was a medical doctor trained in Germany, She use gravity flow equipment consisting of 2 glass conical shaped containers that held about 5 gals. of water. She filled one with 105 degree water and the other with 85 degree water and she alternated between the two.
But the most outstanding part of her therapy was that she used a 5 or so foot 1/2 inch colon tube that she would slowly work all the way through the colon to the cecum. THIS IS SOMETHING THAT NO ONE OTHER THAM A PROGESSIONAL SHOULD TRY11 Once the tube was in place she alternated hot and cold water as she massaged the colon. Even though the colon was being washed out as she worked the tube in, it was surprising how much more fecal matter was worked loose by her massaging the colon through the abdomen wall. By the time the treatment was over she had rum at least 25 gallons of water through your colon.
She gave me a glass of lemon flavored drink before starting the procedure and one after she had finished. She ended the treatment by filling your colon up with water and sending you to the toilet to empty out. And even them you still passed a lot of brown stuff.
I now have my own professional colon therapy equipment at home. I have taken several colon therapy classes so that I am prepared to administer colonics to myself, which I have to do every other day. The alternative being having a large part of my colon removed and using a colostomy bag.
Since I have always enjoyed enemas and colonics this is a much preferable procedure for me.
Anyone considering doing colonics, should look for an I-ACT trained professional.
