Maybe because she has very sensitive nipples.

They always pinch my nipples at the doctor to check for discharge, but my doctors have always warned me ahead of time and been pretty gentle.

My fantasy is to be on my hands and knees and have my nipples pinched/milked when my breasts are hanging down, so vulnerable. Of course, this would be a small part of a thorough breast and gyne exam...still too scared to arrange a play exam to live out this fantasy, but a girl can dream!

As a playdoctor I allways give thorough and complete breast exams that allways end with gentle but firm expression of the nipple looking for nipple discharge. One of my last platpatients asked me on previous chat talking and phone calls that she liked to have her nipples more vigorously palpated and squeezed so I did it the "pinching" ( last time I had her standing and lean forward with her hands on a chair, palpated her entire large breasts bimanually and then squeezed her and pinched her nipples one of the time and after both at the same time).Palpation and expression was repeated later with her reclining.

I don't care for it too much because I have implants and I don't have the same nipple sensitivity that I did before...

During my wife's breast exams, the examiner doesn't really pinch her nipples, it's more of using the index and middle finger of one hand to firmly compress the tissue around each nipple.

No, never... My only breast exam, followed by an ultrasound, was performed by a female doctor. Sometimes my (male) gynecologist asks me about any possible discharge from my nipples, suspecting high levels of prolactin, but he's never palpated me.

I feel like pinch is a strong word. It’s more like a little pressure and a lot less like what happens if you don’t wear green on St. Patrick’s Day.

I've never had a doctor touch my nipples. From some of the comments here it sounds like I am missing out! 😉

Like a few of the other reply it’s not really a pinching that I get, it’s definitely more of a pressing that my gynecologist does to check for any discharge from my nipples

No pinching during my exams either. I've had many different doctors both male and female. I suppose it depends on the doctor, if a woman is breastfeeding or complains about discharge.

If I ever have a doctor that does pinch my nipples, I'll be sure to post.

Pinching the actual nipple itself isn't going to be particularly useful the idea is to check for discharge.

I was taught to apply pressure to the aerola with thumb and finger and gently pull toward the nipple. Discharge comes from the ducts rather than just sitting within the nipple so pinching the nip will express any potentional discharge.

Like Countrydr said, my doctor does the same, she will pinch my areola and then pull forwards slightly.

Yes,during my breast exam. After my breasts were felt all the way around. My nipples were hard as bricks and I was told I needed to be checked for discharge. They were checked at the same time. At the base of my nipples,a firm pinch! It was painful at first then I had an orgasm which I tried to hide. It was nothing less than absolutely wonderful.I wish for it to have been done again. I enjoyed it very much.

Yes doctor pinched mine too.

It's definitely a little uncomfortable but not surprising because I do that myself in self exam too
