Nick, for me, suppositories were a difficult acquired taste:
When I was 4 years old,, my mother, who had been giving me enemas, told my babysitter to give me a child's glycerine suppository.
The enemas that I had had and enjoyed were given with a syringe for a small child.
The babysitters finger was, comparatively, huge.Having not had suppositories before, I hadn't developed a "taste" for them. The finger was so intrusive that I was sure that I was going to have a real accident right then and there. I screamed, yelled, and kept telling her to get it (her finger that I thought was the suppository) out of me. Ultimately, she gave up and wouldn't ever try it again.
Later my mother tried it, with the same results. She was more determined, though, and got it into me. When I felt it working I *loved* the feeling, and have been taking them ever since starting at age 8. I was also 8 when I started giving myself enemas, first twe, then, at nine, sse.
