I like the idea of coffee enemas, but have taken only a few in the last several years. Lately, my interest in them has increased to the point that I have purchased organic coffee, a couple gallons of distilled water and a colon tube to use with my standard enema bag. In other words, I decided to get serious about coffee enemas
Yesterday was coffee enema day. I boiled, I simmered and I strained per instructions I got off a web site. I filled the bag with a quart of coffee, went to an upstairs bathroom and placed a pillow, a towel and a disposable pad on the floor. Standing I inserted the lubed colon tube up my rear end, hung the bag on the door know and lay down on the floor. I began the enema, massaged my belly, switched sides and retained the enema for at least 15 minutes (listening to the Beach Boys thanks to Alexa). In other words, I did everything I was supposed to do.
My points? Well, I feel fine, but I felt fine before the enema. The prep was, in my opinion , a LOT of work. And, the whole process took too damn long.
I admit I had a happy ending. (After all, I was having an enema.) But I’m not sure how many coffee enemas are in my future. I’m wondering how many I have to take before I look and feel 20 years younger, have a glowing complexion and am ready to run the New York Marathon?
