I'd instruct her to go into the changing room, accompanied by the nurse to assist her. The nurse would first explain the invasive procedure, then instruct the girl to remove all of her clothes. I imagine the patient would be confused and leave her panties on, which the nurse would specify must be removed, possibly scolding her, and/or removing them herself.
She would hand the girl a skimpy, disposable bikini, made of plastic, or paper, which she would reluctantly slip on. I can easily snip the cheap elastics holding it together or just remove them as necessary, depending on if she makes me get the restraints or not. Next the nurse would tie her hair back with an elastic, or at least instruct her to do so, finishing with a wide hair band around her head, or plastic surgical cap. Finally she would have to remove all her jewelery, and after a vague, and annoyed explanation from the nurse, remove all of her make-up with the provided cleanser at the small sink.
As she appeared from the room, a deep shade of red. I would tell the nurse I wasn't ready yet, and to lead our nervous patient to the other room for a relaxing massage.
