Well I had read the post on several occasions, here and there. Her recipe calls for 2 oz peppermint extract, 4 oz dr. bronners, 16 oz of glycerin, and 6 cups of water. So about half water and half active ingredients.
My online mistress wanted to punish me and told me to find a suitable enema. After suggesting milk and molasses, I was told to find something stronger. So this is how I came to give myself, what I am calling, Switchable Susie's Super Peppermint Surprise.
The ingredients were expensive probably 25 dollars total. I could have gotten by with 1/4 of the volume, but I was told to make a full batch.
Next I mixed the ingredients as prescribed and filled the bag with about half of the solution. Without a double balloon nozzle I was only able to hold a few cups at a time, and not for very long. The first dose was novel but the latter 4 were horrific. At one point I nearly became nauseous. Hours later I can still smell the mint...
All in all a moving experience, which I am sure I will be enjoying all day long. So take head this is not a mixture for the faint of heart or those with heart conditions. Be prepared for guttural grunts, and wrenching cramps.
Perhaps Susie would be kind enough to add her original post to this thread as a reference.
