I put a bar of Ivory soap in a shaker bottle and shake it up.
Let it set for a day or more(More is better!) and shake it again.
Then get on the scale, use your honest weight, and put 1 tsp. of Epsom Salt for every 20 pounds you weigh in the enema bag. Shake the soap up good one more time, and half fill the bag with that soap water. Then fill it the rest of the way with very hot water. Attach the hose, and turn the bag over several times. Then wait 5 minutes or so while you prepare the enema area. Then hang the bag so that, when you are in the knee chest position, the bag will be around 2-3 feet above your rectum. Get undressed, and into the knee-chest position. Make sure you are in knee-chest, not knee neck!
Take the enema just like that, and retain it as long as you physically can! Up to 15 minutes.
That WILL produce a strong movement immediately when you sit on the toilet, and a series of loose watery movements over the next 20 minutes or so. Don't try to leave the toilet, because the movements can come on suddenly.
You can then refill the bag with soapsuds(No more Epsom Salt, you've had enough) and repeat until clear. I recommend waiting at least 30 minutes after your last movement, before taking the second round!
