Zero. I don't tell anyone.
A few of my close friends know, by accident of going through my private pics.
That part of our pics collection would be a bit embarrasing if someone by misstake happend to see..
I have a very close online partner who shares the experience with me. She is the only one I confide in. We are very close.
No one except the lovely lady who caths me once a month for pleasure.
Only my husband and the people on the forum know about it.
My hubby cause he caths me.
wouldn't want anyone else to know
Only the lady at the "toy store" who sold me the sounds and a special friend who helps me dilate my urethra to help urine flow. And feel good, too. They are gynecological sounds for dilating the cervix prior to a D&C procedure, but they work pretty well on urethra's, too.
Only me for now
I got introduced to Foley catheters and external catheters as a hospital patient. Having female nurses and aides apply, insert, and care for the devices was evoked feelings, at times of embarrassment & humiliation at having to wear the appliances to prevent bed wetting, and having the function of my penis reduced to that of a urinary organ. At other times there were feelings of arousal & excitement, ‘getting off,’ because women were paying attention to and handling my genitalia.
With that background one can understand that I like to flaunt my use of Foley and a Uro-Sheath external catheter. I have an office with 4 women, my professional partner & 2 clerical workers. They know about my ‘bladder problem’ & accommodate my having to use appliances as if I had to use a leg brace. I’m careful to conceal the use from clients & public. However, for the office ladies I wear the dress trousers & leg bag & tubing in a manner that makes the apparatus apparent if one looks for it. I wear the bag low on the leg & allow them to see it, especially easy when I’m seated. They seldom even glance at it, but occasionally a lady will comment, ‘strap’s loose’ or ‘bag’s pretty full.’ Accidents occur & I clean up my own mess. I have one drawer in my file cabinet with ‘supplies:’ a couple extra Foleys, bags, insertion tray, and 2-3 Uro-Sheaths and straps. If I ‘accidentally’ leave a Uro-Sheath in the bathroom, someone will put it back where it belongs.
I also like to flaunt the leg bag in public, letting people see it. I took an evening class and the same woman sat on my left every night. I let her see the bag, with a lot of yellow urine. If the room was quiet—a pause in the lecture—I would pee and one could hear the urine going into the bag. I let the lower strap loose—it’s a long elastic cloth—and crossed my leg up where she couldn’t miss seeing it, but under my desk top where I couldn’t see it. She scribbled a note and passed it to me, telling me the strap is off on that ‘thing’ on your leg. I glanced back at her, looking embarrassed and re-attached it, trying to pull my pant leg over. At the break I thanked her explaining that “or my kidney problem I have to wear a catheter, which is a tube that goes through my penis into my bladder , and held in place by a balloon.” Her female companion added, “My grandfather had to wear one for a few days after his prostate surgery. He said it hurt.” This comment allowed me to discuss my catheter wear in more vivid detail.
Only me. It's my secret.
I am the only one around me that knows. several know about it on this site and in messenger.
My wife knows. I use a catheter for my overactive bladder. I enjoyed inserting a catheter. I have one friend who also knows that I use and play with a catheter and that I enjoy enemas.
As far as I know, no one else knows that I use catheters and that I enjoy enemas.
So far no one but my wife knows that I use them. I think my mother knows that I use them. A few other people know that I use them I think but they don't ask why. I try to keep everything that I have hidden so that my six-year-old daughter doesn't find it. I may be able to help a gentleman on this very website experienced his first catheter.
Only a few trusted friends. More people will now know. I went to the store today in shorts and my leg bag was showing. I have gotten so I just don't give a damn. I don't plan to broadcast it over the net.
If someone says anything I will reply that they don't know what it like to wear a catheter. I enjoy the feel, the in and out movement and the fact that I don't wet my pants like I used to do.
I found that a catheter feels great as I insert it, while I am wearing it. I hate to take it out, but do so every 30 days.
Two words: Belly Bag
Havent told anyone
Though my wife knows my love of lace and panties I have not figured out how to introduce her to my love of sounding, prostate play via the urethra and catheters.
I can only really play when I am traveling (not often anymore)
I have no medical reason to engage in stimulating my urethra and bladder so this for me is all self pleasure and medfet I guess.
Would love to hear a success story from someone who also has a relatively conservative and plain vanilla spouse.
Only my girlfriend knows, though i haven’t asked her to join in my play. I have introduced her to sounding which took some persuasion on my part tough.
Several people who have also had catheters know about my passion for catheterization. I introduced them to the world of catheters.
Maybe one. He is into sounding and that's how I got started. Though he might not… if anyone he might know.
‘’I have introduced her to sounding which took some persuasion on my part tough.''
Median, great that you managed to persuade her. I assume she loves it now?
Only guys who I have met through this site and others who have contacted me after seeing my videos on other websites.
Where can I learn MORE about HOW to do This Properly. I don’t want to injure myself !

I went to YTube and watched videos. I also asked my urologist's nurse how to do it. I found that I like to inserrt my catheter slowley, use lots of lube and don't force it in. If you have any pain or any sort, stop and make sure everything is OK.
Remember this is supposed to be fun and enjoyable. If you know someone who uses catheters, ask them to show you how they do it.
Make sure to work clean and safe. You don't want to get a UTI, urinary track infection. So work clean and be safe.
For me it is a painless process. I am not alergic to laytex and so I use laytex catheters. I can't get a catheter in the size that I use in silicone. Wish I could.
Enjoy learning. Watch the videos more than once and then take the big step and you will be fine. Remember, Clean and Safe, lots of lube.
I guess now I don't care who knows I wear a catheter. I don't plan to flaunt it, but if someone asks I tell them. Damned right I wear a catheter. Right now I don't have to wear a catheter.
I had Botox injections in my bladder to stop my bladder for being over active. I was having to pee a lot, many times I would just pee my pants, no warning. My urologist and talked about the various methods to treat my overactive bladder, the best solution was the botox injections. They do work, only my body asoarbes the botox I think rather fast.
I got so a catheter was the only way I could keep up with my problem of peeing my pants/ diaper or Depends. I was going through Depends about every 4 hours. I wouldn't even know I was peeing. No one could offer a better solution.
My biggest problem was I couldn't go swimming or sit in a hot tub. While wearing a catheter those are two things you can't do, I don't have a bath tub, so I didn't have to worry about that. Those are the three things you can't do wearing a catheter. Swimming, sit in a hot tub, take a bath. A shower is fine. I would unplug my pee bag and get in the shower and wash myself very well and the catheter and then rinse all the soap off. Never had a problem.
My neighbors knew I wore a catheter and I got so I didn't know who knew it. Remember there are many people who have to catherize themselver many times a day just to live. Also remember there are at least 33 million people who are incontent. Some have to deal with just urine, others with both urine and feces. So those of us who have to deal with urine are lucky in many ways. We also do this for fun, many don't have a choice.
Haaving and overactive bladder and peeing your pants is very embaressing and how you deal with it is or can be a problem. I chose to use a catheter and a pee bag and I am one lots of diuretics and so that has not helped one bit.
So who knows I use a catheter, I tell anyone who asks, not many ask which is fine with me.
I did take pictures during my botox procedure and before. I was suprised they let me do it.
Only you all on here and a guy that I play with.
My ex knows, and had a few too.
