Yes, I have been examined by a ‘dodgy doctor.’ It happened some years ago when I was in my late thirties. I had had a sudden numbing in my left arm and left leg which subsided rather quickly. After seeing my GP about it the next day he sent me to a neurologist to make sure there was nothing seriously wrong - there wasn’t, fortunately and I’ve not ever had a recurrence.
The neurologist turned out to be a man some thirty years older than I was. The appointment was late in the day and there was no nurse present. After a few preliminary questions he instructed me to take off all my clothes but for my under shorts, which were the ‘jockey brief’ style, so that left me practically naked.
At first he wanted me to walk around for him, then stand on each leg alternately to check balance, then touch my nose with my index fingers with my eyes closed - all pretty routine stuff. Then he instructed me to lay on the exam table which was in the center of the rather large room, giving him easy access to me from all sides. He then proceeded to touch me essentially all over with different instruments and with his fingers. He had me close my eyes and tell him where I was being touched and whether it felt like something hard, soft, or his fingers. He went over me thoroughly, touching here and there, asking if I felt it and if so how it felt. He spent what seemed a long time touching, and even tickling my feet, especially the soles. I found myself wishing that he had been a woman doctor! Me, being heterosexual would have enjoyed that a lot more than I actually did at the time.
In addition to my feet he touched me all around my legs and chest and tummy - even my underarms were examined, and quite a lot of what he did tickled, something I dearly love having done in a sexual situation. Again - if only he had been a she!
This whole exam seemed rather strange to me at the time but I’d never before been to a neurologist so figured that it was the normal method of examining a patient who had had an ‘event’ as he called it. He did not require me to remove my underpants and didn’t touch me in the genital area although he did ask if I had suffered any numbness there.
Several years after that I heard on the local news that this doctor had been sanctioned my the medical board and I think had his licence to practice revoked due to complaints from several patients that he had unnecessarily fondled them during examinations. I don’t remember if the complaints were from males or females, or both or either. But on retrospect I now realize that he probably went beyond what was necessary when he spent so long tickling and touching me. The fact that he let me keep my undies on leads me to think that maybe I just didn’t turn him on sufficiently to take the chance that I might complain. Or maybe he was also hetero and the exam was actually ‘normal.’ It didn’t feel that way though.
Now, I keep thinking how much I would enjoy such an exam with a female doc and with me being naked!
