There is a condition called pryonies: curvature of the penis, not uncommon, various bends cause all sorts of problems. google it to see examples. Surgery is the most effective treatment (my eyes are watering typing this). there is an exmple on embarasing bodies.
the member ends up shorter, take your pick: shorter or bent. then it might not work after, hence a prosthetic pump!
