Requests for recommended recipes

I've only ever really done soapy enemas and plain water. I would love to move on to other substances, but not sure where to start - any offers or suggestions what to go onto next. I tried coffee once, but it don't know what I was meant ot get from it as it didn't do diddly squat!

Like you, I'm really only familiar with soapy and saline enemas. I too once tried coffee and found it a great disappointment.
