After doing a lot of research i discovered that enemas are used by the orthodox medical establishment for hydration and nutrition and even hemo-dialysis where IV is not available or desired and WILL assist in keeping hydrated..the colon can absorb 1/2 to 1 liter per hour,,,
I designed my own portable enema system for hiking and bicycle riding...its so well designed/disguized,,that it can be worn in public and no one even notices,....i have worn it to the nude beach and other clothing optional events, makes for interesting conversation starter...but thats another story! 😃
i remodeled a 'camelback' pack to use as an enema system.. i removed the little mouth piece thing keeping the little hand shut off valve and mounted a hand pump that i found in the sporting goods store,,(((they are for outboard motor boat fuel line,, made of neoprene rubber built in check valves and hose barbs too! all for a few dollars))),,,on one of the shoulder straps for easy access.. then an additional length of clear tubing routed down to the lower back ,,,, i usually use a colon tube or retention nozzle...
the backpack's bag holds 2 liters, and i can also carry a couple extra water bottles for refill if needed..and i can carry along a few other goodies, favorite butt toy, lube, snacks, etc..
