Hi all. I used to love the old Speculum Pages (and got a tip where I might find them again), but I've been looking for an older story that I believe was called The Lottery.

It was about a village that held a lottery every year, and the prize was a man getting to be onstage with a girl, and doing anything he liked to her. The entire village would turn out to watch. In the story, the man did a thorough physical exam on the girl, including an enema, and then took her anally (all of which she loved!).

Does anyone else remember this story or know where I can find it again? Wish I'd saved it because it was a huge turn on!

I enjoyed the story of the Lottery. I remember it well. Anyway I think that you can find them in the archive. Look for posts about Speculum pages and one of them has a link and it worked for me.

Interesting version of The Lotery. When I saw the title, I thought of a Shirley Jackson story of the same title, and that was a good story, too. I have never heard of this version of the story, however. I shall have to look for it.

Remembering the Ladies Enema Journal (LEJ) on Yahoo

Every now and then the subject comes up about the LEJ that used to be on Yahoo. It was moderated by a wonderful woman named Linda Brownlee who did a great job of keeping them men out. They could lurk, or as Linda would say stay out on the porch. It was where I first met a dear lady named Helen Fromm, but there were others including Diane from Arizona. The group folded when they/Linda couldn't find a replacement moderator.

As a "lurker" I also enjoyed LEJ, and especially corresponding with Helen Fromme, who sadly passed away some years ago, I think. She had a very positive attitude about enemas, starting from the ones she was lovingly given as a little girl.

I think I might have been on there for a few months nearly ten years ago. (My, how time flies!) But then, as I recall, moderation was handed over to someone else who decided to post a whole lot of gun-control topics. My objecting to the list being used in that way got me very quickly banned. I was so fed up about the whole thing that I just wrote it off and stayed away. I do remember there being some good members there who made many interesting posts, though. Anyway, it was good while it lasted.

I had forgotten all about that group.... I belonged for a little while. I don't remmeber when or why I left it. I know I left a lot of Yahoo Groups when they started disappearing. It was frustrating to put the time in, meet people than wake up and it's just gone. Can you imagine that happening here???

I remember Helen very fondly and miss her greatly.

It was with her guidance and LEJ leadership that I came out of the closet and admitted to being a Klismo although at the time I didn't even know the term. If I remember it correctly her husband took a job in Australia or maybe it was in New Zealand and they moved there. When they did she turned the LEJ over to a couple of long time contributors but they were unable to manage it like Helen did and the site gradually lost membership. After she left Helen and I communicated privately via email until she was diagnosed with breast cancer and returned to the USA for chemo and possible surgery. In the last email I got from her she told me about the cancer and that she was leaving for the states and would re-contact me when she got settled. I never heard from her again. ;-(

I remember it very fondly. I pulled up a chair on the porch every day.

I admit to being a porch monkey there in the LEJ... such wonderful posts and real insight into how women enjoy this wonderful world we call Klismaphilia. Thank you Ladies!

I'd have to say our own great site would be my first choice - but thanks for reminding me of 'Speculum Pages'. I spent some very satisfying hours exploring all those stories and highly recommend that link. Most of the stories also had some wonderful drawing on the page too. I may be taking a trip down that memory lane soon.

On the internet archive Wayback Machine, there are some captures of the old website Freegyno. The videos don't work though.

Any way to get the vids to work?

There used to be ways to do it. The videos are in an older web format called Emblaze I think. Years go, before it went defunct. I crawled their whole site and downloaded them, but you had to edit and customize the paths for the embedded viewer you needed and the early vids were rough on newer systems.

You'd have to view the source on the page, see how it's trying to pull a video, then see if the video file is there and download it that way.

Wayback could be great for digging up other stuff such as old DrTushy captures

Old Enemas4Fun - Background :

I remember there used to be an old enemas4fun background of a drawing of lady lying on her side wearing a girdle while taking an enema. I can't seem to find that picture at all. Does anyone know where I might be able to find it?

If you feel up to a bit of searching, you might try the Wayback Machine (wayback.com). I think it is referenced in several posts on this site. It seem that a vast amount of stuff is stored and can be accessed. I once looked up some stories from the old Speculum Pages after it was closed and before many of the stories were put in the library on here.

I fondly remember The Speculum Pages also! Though I'm somewhat flummoxed and confused over this just why are there "Five" Different Websites about it and for it! I hope those who are reading My Reply here can understand the following!

Back in the days of AOL, there were some great medfet sites. Someone has done some great research and has found a few medfet sites at the Internet Archive. There is one, however, that I remember but seem to feel no one else does. This was an American guy, named Curt, who had a real fetish for rectal temps. He had a website where he posted lots of images, including some images where he had posed as a model. There were a few rectal temp stories and overall it was a really nice site.
