I am 36 years of age, male and am living in the UK I am also disabled and have had to conceqentually wear diapers for the past six years since being diagnosed with incontinence related problems, but now to awnser your first question there are no known medications that cause incontinence as far as I am aware of although I have never tried drugs.
As to your second question the awnser is yes wearing diapers in the long-term can cause what's known medically as conditional incontinence, this is when the muscles controlling your bladder become so relaxed over time that they will naturally revert back to where they were before you were potty-trained all those years ago.
Pre-warning: Once you have started going down this road/process it is very hard to undo what you are learning as your body will get to a stage where it will naturally start associating diapers with uncontrollable wetting or messing and this can easily become permantly irriversable if you continue wearing diapers, meaning that from then onwards you will have to accept the fact that you are now incontinent for the rest of your life.
Although in my case I didn't choose to become incontinent because I was already partially there because of my disabilities and other effects and I have become sick and tired of fighting my body and if I turns out as I believe that my body is trying to tell me that I should never have been potty-trained in the first place, then so be it as I have already come to terms with the reality that due to my continued disabilities I will most probably have to wear diapers for the rest of my life
Although I have no issues with this problem because in those six years since 2010 I have come-to the realisation that wearing diapers has not only improved my physical health but also my mental health because I am now more relaxed than ever before now that I have to wear diapers
As to whether or not I am a abdl well I don't really believe in categorization of people based on what they like in life so naturally I don't consider myself as a Adult Baby or a Diaper Lover, though I can see why some people choose this sub-category, although my view is that I will never pre-judge anyone who I in a similar position or situation as myself or who chooses to wear diapers for the rest of the lives.
Although wearing these products does at times make me feel rather babyish to say in the least, but this is not a bad thing because it means that I can always go back to that care-free existence whilst in the privacy of my own room whilst laying here I the bed well mentally at least by becoming/returning to the baby /toddler that I was all those years ago, this is important to me because it helps me to heal the gaping gaps in my incomplete childhood years and this in turn also helps me to over-come the trauma of years of ptsd caused by verious factors in my young life.
My position on porn: I have one big dislike in life and it is the whole pornography side of wearing diapers as it is not only demeaning but also insulting and hurtful towards those pepole who like myself have to wear diapers due to medical conditions or disabilities as it sends out the wrong messages and therefore its a no go area for me because it indirectly contributes towards the negative views and stigmatizum in todays society.
My views on stigmitizm of adults who wear diapers: As you know there is an awfull lot of negative stigmatizm and views regarding grown ups in diapers as the old lie or misconceptions of diapers are only for babies and toddlers still persists worldwide to this day even though it's totally not true because given the sharp rise in people living longer and on to old age and also the rise in disabled people who need to wear diapers just to live a normal life.
I believe personally that everybody deserves the respect and dignity society often saddly lacks and they deserve the right not to be unfairly pre-judged unless they have committed a crime and its to that end/aim that I joined and have been a member of a campaign group against stigmatizm as people like myself don't deserve to be demonised because they wear diapers as specially given that 1/5 young people under the age of 40-50 will at some point in their lives experience some form of incontinence related problems and having to wear this form of protection against embarrassing accidents shouldn't become a reason for us to unfairly bullied or victimised and this I why I am activity promoting a website called http://www.wearing-adult-diapers.com to raise awareness and education of society so this sort of thing becomes a thing of the past and not the present.
Yours sincerely
