A great big 10 for me. I love the feel and bulk of my terry nappies and the sound and rustle of my plastic pants

I'd say maybe closer to 100 or over that. I'd wear them almost all the time and I'd wear just about any kind. I'd do almost anything in them and go just about anywhere.

I knew I was hooked from the first moment I tried my first one on and that has only been about 3 years ago. My fantasy with them has only grown and I really love them. Almost feel lost when they aren't on. So having said that a big TEN for sure.

Today I got out of my overnight diaper and dressed like normal with my panties on. By about noon the idea of a diaper had been wearing on me so after lunch I went and put one of my Rearz on. I absolutely love it. Been on the rest of the day and it's almost midnight and soaked. So since I can't get them off my mind and love wearing them so much I'm upping my previous post from a 10 to at least a 20, could be more....lol.

Well, that is a hard one to answer ...... sometomes a 10, but there are times that it is more of a curse than a blessing. I have had a lot of struggles with this fetish and it has been hard to find a “healthy balance” fron time to time. So when I am being honest it is more of a 7 than a 10 overall.

When forced into them for wetting due to being a diabetic the scale was about 2-3 after yrs of adjustment they are my under ware so 10 now.

I would say I'd put wearing a diaper at a 9. I really enjoy having one on and I am now pretty much wearing one 24/7. However, I don't pee in them very much as I wear them for fun much more so than need. If I know my wife will be gone for a while I am more likely to pee enough that I will have to change it. That way I can dispose of it into our garbage can without drawing her attention to what I am doing. If she will be home, I will just pee a very small amount before going to the bathroom to empty my bladder in the toilet. I have a pee fetish and enjoy wetting myself when I can.

I love them enough to annoy the wife into forcing me into them for the day.

On a scale of 1-10 I'm an 11. Love every thing about wearing diapers. Going potty whenever I want, doing my diaper laundry, being changed by my wife and her friends and mom, wetting my bed, playing with myself under my diapers, letting my wife get me excited under my diapers, being able to mess myself when she lets me, or suck my thumb sitting in my messy diapers and rubber pants, having my diapers change when we are away from home. Just everything.

The more you wear them ,the greater your confidence ,the more you will love them,it’s an unspeakable unity that many will not experience ,understand or respect .

At first I felt bad in them. When she forced me to wear diapers due to my bed wettings, the scale was around 0-3. Today definitely a 10 for me, especially when my wife walks up with a diaper and plastic panties and tells me it's time to change the diaper full of baby's pee, even though baby loves to suck his thumb sitting on the floor and wanting to stay in his wet diapers. Now by the thickness of my diapers which make me spread my legs apart, I love the feel and the security they give with my noisy plastic panties when I walk.😁

I love my diapers. I love everything about them. I wear them because I have to. Over a year ago, a back surgery went wrong and I was left with a choice to wear a catheter or wear diapers. At first I tried the catheter. It didn't take me long to get sick of it. A little urethral stimulation is ok but that just hurt. I will never forget the day the nurse came in and removed the catheter and put on any very first diaper. I had a rectal tube that came out then too. We knew that I couldn't control when I peed but we figured I could hold my bowels. I can only do that partially. I have to use a system every day to clean myself out completely. I still have poop slip out in my diaper though.

I love the fresh dry diaper when it first goes on. I love the feel of my home health care nurse or myself spreading my labia to apply the diaper rash cream. I love the feel of the baby powder being sprinkled on. I love the bulk between my legs from my diaper and booster pad. I love the warm pee that comes out and caresses my clit when I change positions. I love the heft of the poop that slips out of my anus and squishes all in my butt cheeks. I love grabbing a clean diaper and wipes and heading to the bedroom. I love being changed and cleaned up.

There is nothing I don't like about wearing diapers.

Miss Puffy Butt, sounds like your story is similar to mine. My incontinence is due to a spinal cord injury. Although I was diapered at the doctor office by the nurse which I remember every bit of it. I was extremely upset, humiliated and embarrassed wearing a diaper leaving the doctors office to go get x-rays and MRI. Likewise I started using the nasty catheters and ended up hating them. I've been wearing diapers 24/7 going on for 10 years now. I only wear diapers for medical incontinence. I hated diapers at first, but after learning and accepting my incontinence wearing diapers became a normal everyday thing. So to answer the question how much I love diapers would be an 8. I need them for my incontinence and I honestly don't mind having to wear them.

I think about them all the time but i am scared to wear nappies as there is too many people who would bully me for wanting to wear

For me I wear Huggies or pampers diapers they have the cute baby design

Super absorbent and soft

Helps keep me calm when stressed

Easily convenient if no restroom is near could use it to go poopy or pee pee if needed

Adorable cute baby designs especially Huggies with the Micky mouse and whinny the Pooh designs are on it.

Okay, wow, i confess i am surprised to see the numbers of response to this.

i've not worn a diaper as an adult, but have had a long time interest. i'm a total bottom gay guy, and for me the psychological element meshes with my bottom, with some sub thrown in, nature. For me though, the desire/need is connected to being put into diapers, with all that is implied, by a Man Who is really into doing that. I.e., it's a connection place and potential bonding place between us.

That's true about all my desires/needs really. Even as a total bottom, if someone was just 'willing' to penetrate or fuck me, it would not work and i'd rather go without. i need/want Them to want/need it as much as i do, that way it is symbiotic and we are connected by our mutual need/desire. Meanwhile, i have a bag of diapers in my closet that have never been used for want of a Man to use them with me... but i see tons of potential "love."
