I witnessed my ex examined in that position once. I had taken here to the emergency room for lower abominal pain. The male ER doctor came in to talk and felt her abdomine. All of the ER doctors at that hospital have a "scribe". His scribe was a young male maybe 18 years old who followed him around and wrote down everything the doctor told him. After talking for a bit they left. The doctor said they would be back in a few minutes.
Aftet a short time the scride peaked in the curtain and set one of those half moon shaped dishes on top of the sharps container mounted to the wall. He looked at us strangely. Kind of like nervous excitment. After he left, I looked in the dish and saw a tube of KY jelly and a fecal smear test and I knew what was coming.
A few minutes later they came back in followed by a female nurse who seamed annoyed to be there. She just hung out by the curtain looking at a clipboard. The scribe grabbed the dish, handed it to the doctor, and boldly walk up to the bottom corner of the bed. He placed his foot up on the edge of the bed and put the clipboad on his knee, pen in hand ready to scribe. He projected some kind of attitude like "im allowed to be here".
The doctor told my ex that he needed to do a rectal exam. My ex turned over and got up on her knees without instruction. The doctor seemed a bit flustered but told her to scoot back. Her ass was only about 2 feet away from the scibes face who didn't even try to be sly about looking.
The doctor squited jelly on his finger spread her cheeks with one hand and inserted his finger into her anus. He felt around briefly and then pulled his finger out. He did the smear test while my ex stayed in position. The scribe never looked down to his clipboard until the doctor said he was finish and my ex laid back down.
They ended up doing xrays later on. She was only constipated. The doctor said he was going to order a enema. I was very excited but unfortunatly 2 female nurses came in to administer it. It was a fleet enema and was given to her laying on her side. The nurse told her to hold it as long as she could. She held it for about 10 or 15 minutes and then ran to the bathroom across the hall.
