Randomizing the session

I wanted to share a new idea for a game (I suppose that’s as good of a word as any) that I started using on occasion to make my enema sessions more interesting. There’s definitely better ways to do this but this is just one way I came up with.

I have an app on my phone (the name is ”Random”) but any app would do where you can make a list of items and it spits out that list in a random order. Alternatively you could go do some note cards and shuffle them up. The items on the list describe things that you’d be interested in happening during the session, and put them in yes/no format. For example I might have a list:

- with soap

- without soap

- with retention plug

- without retention plug

- retention time 10 mins

- retention time 20 mins

Once the list gets put into a random order, I pick the first occurrence of each yes/no condition and use that to plan my first enema. For example the list might come out like:

- with soap

- with retention plug

- retention time 10 mins

- without retention plug

- retention time 20 mins

- without soap

In that case I’m getting an enema with soap, with retention plug, and have to hold for 10 mins. Hope that makes sense. I only do enemas solo, this game adds a certain element of giving up control which I really enjoy !

I have something similar, just a password-protected document I made for myself a long time ago, using dice. There are lots more options with two different colored die.

Without looking at the document, I remember it uses quantity, temperature, position, nozzle used, bag height, solution, retention...
