Remedial massage fantasies

Does anyone else have really strong fantasies about remedial massage/physiotherapy type scenarios? I love the idea of being put through a firm full-body massage and deep muscle stretches. No sexual component or naughty parts involvement except in a purely clinical context e.g. pelvic floor therapy, just intense sensations to be endured. I like to imagine moaning, whimpering, crying out, maybe even being reduced to tears but still doing my best to follow the therapist's instructions as they work on my body. It's a hard fantasy to fulfill though, because most lay people don't have the knowledge and technique to do a convincing massage haha.
