What turns me on about it? The lack of control i have in the exam room. I'm there for a purpose, but I'm entirely at the whim of my physician. They're in a unique position of power and while I have power over my body and what I do with it... Well, some things just need to be done for the sake of my good health.

Have I done it? In real life? Many times. Play? Nope. Not sure I would ever play IRL. I feel like it might ruin the fantasy in a way...

New medical procedures? Unlikely. There's enough torturous things that already happen in the field of gynecology. I don't think we need to add anything to that repertoire.

Do I like painful procedures? No. I like uncomfortable procedures (and love them in stories and roleplay especially). I've had painful procedures done in real life. I don't look forward to doing something painful a second time if I've already had it done once. That said! I do like pain with a purpose (piercings, tattoos) but I don't really want to see these things done in the realm of medfet.

Do I feel embarrassed in exams? You betcha.

What gets me off? Memories of my own experiences. Hearing about and reading the experiences of other women. The lack of control as I mentioned above. Speculums. The nervous anxiety that comes along with being vulnerable and naked (or at least barely clothed) and having to submit to a total stranger for examination.

My ultimate exam scenario would be a visit with a urogynecologist. The doctor would be a middle to older aged man 40-70s with a silver fox aesthetic. The exam would include a typical pelvic exam (internal and external, speculum, bimanual, and rectovaginal). The exam would also include a full investigation into my urinary tract. First, the doctor would need to collect a urine sample from me but this would need to be observed. I imagine going to the toilet with the doctor and him spreading my labia and cleaning my urethral opening before instructing me to start peeing while he holds my labia open while holding the sample cup beneath my urethra. After collecting my urine sample, he would explain that he needed to conduct urodynamic testing to access my bladder capacity and strength and to test the integrity of my urethra. He further explains that the urodynamic testing will include a voiding cystourethrogram, a cystoscopy, and measuring my post void residual volume. He explains that he will start with the post void residual volume and has me get on the table so he can catheterize me. After this, he conducts the cystoscopy and the voiding cystourethrogram. To take it further the doctor would then need to asess me again while aroused and then bring me to orgasm.

If I could invent a new procedure... hmm, there's several. I'd like to create an exam that's called an orgasm assessment. It would require a number of sensors to be placed all over my body to monitor various vital signs. It would also be filmed. I like the idea of uncomfortable procedures. Not painful but something that would cause a lot of anxiety or embarrassment but also would arouse me. The uncomfortableness would be mitigated by pleasurable clitoral or vaginal stimulation.

I am always embarrassed during exams but I am also aroused. I think the embarrassment is part of what arouses me.

The things that get me off the most about this topic is that I could be taken advantage of, used, and abused in an exam setting. I love the thought of being forcibly impregnated and different CNC scenarios.
