Ginger enema

I am doing a lot of ginger enema/absorption lately.

First I do a clean out enema with warm water with some ginger soup. With the poob inside it is hard to hold for long.

Ginger soup 1:5 water blended, filter fiber, keeping all the ginger meat.( keep in refrigerator can use for days)

The 2nd round, if i am doing ginger flush, ginger water 1: 3 warm water mix inject to a cleaned colon. More if you think it is too hot.

Sometime, I take ginger absorption. 1/2 cup of ginger to 1/2- 1 cup warm water inject to colon, wet the ass a bit too. it get your blood flow there. Knowing it colon is clean, I am happen to hold it through. Any position you can hold, I do face down and lift 1 leg up. After 2 minutes of urgency to release signal, now you handle it inside no probelm. Get up and walk fine. 2nd dose can put in 20- 30 minutes later. No large volume, it can not hold the weight and make you go. Day time activities perfer.
